Subjective well-being is a subjective feeling of the individual's living condition,which is the ideal state of life,and it is a kind of comprehensive psychological index to measure the quality of individual and social life.With the rise of positive psychology,the study of subjective well-being has become a hot spot of current psychology,but the research on subjective well-being of preschool teachers is not enough.Studies have shown that coping style and self-efficacy are two important factors that affect subjective well-being,self-efficacy also influences individual choice.Based on this,this study suggests that,there exists a complex relationship between the coping style,self efficacy and subjective well-being.The study used cluster sampling method from Shandong Province,which selected six kindergartens and 232 preschool teachers as subjects,investigating the relationship between coping style and subjective well-being of preschool teachers' self-efficacy questionnaire.The conclusions are as follows:First,the current overall level of subjective well-being of preschool teachers is higher,which is in the middle level.Second,there are significant differences in subjective well being among preschool teachers with different educational level,income and status.The preschool teachers that undergraduate educational teachers' subjective well-being is significantly higher than the teachers that following undergraduate education;the higher the preschool teachers' income,the higher their subjective well-being is.The level of preschool teachers' subjective well-being was significantly higher than that in the editor.Third,kindergarten teachers' subjective well-being is positively related to coping style and self-efficacy.When the preschool teachers use more mature coping style,their subjective well-being is higher;preschool teachers' self-efficacy is higher,the subjective well-being is higher.Fourth,there is a significant negative correlation between preschool teachers' subjective well being and immature coping styles,and the more their immature coping styles are,the lower their subjective well-being.Fifth,mature coping style has a partial mediating effect between self-efficacy and subjective well-being.The high self-efficacy preschool teachers get more subjective well-being experience through the using of mature coping style.
