Reading literacy is not only one of the core literacy of students but also the basis of personal learning ability and lifelong development.By taking PISA test as the background,the study analyzed causes for different reading literacy through empirical investigation on the basis of educational management,and discussed about how to integrate and optimize educational resources to the utmost extent,which had important significance to improvement of junior middle school students in reading literacy and education quality.By use of literature research method and survey study,the study analyzed the current status and causes of reading literacy of Chinese middle school students on the basis of PISA test.It mainly includes the following three parts: the first part investigated and analyzed the current status of reading literacy of middle school students based on PISA test;the second part had a deep analysis on causes for development of middle school students in reading literacy from the aspects of teaching management,resource management and culture management;the third part,from the perspective of educational management,put forward feasible suggestions to development of Chinese middle school students in reading from teaching management,resource management and culture management.The study believed that improvement of middle school students in reading is not only the responsibility of teachers but also the results of combined actions of factors such as school,family and student.The analysis on reading literacy of junior middle school students on the basis of PISA test has important significance to improvement of training mode of reading literacy and promotion of reading attainment of Chinese junior middle school students.
