Research On The Actuality Of The Actualization Of Chengdu Football Association

The relevant governing departments so far haven't published any standards on either the concrete items as for the level,or the completion of substantialization of sports associations,while the reform of substantialization of sports associations is picking up steam.In order to fully understand the current situation of substantialization of Chengdu Football Association,the paper chooses the federal Germany as a comparison.It is because the federal Germany once was split into two countries,i.e west and east Germany.The sports management system in east Germany is the same as we are now practicing.This system also called the whole nation system is adopted to promote the competitive sports,while in west Germany the idea of sports is for all the people,where the sports clubs play an important role.After east and west Germany were united,the spots management system in once east Germany went through great changes and this is the process we are experiencing now.Here field work has been done during the study by interview of some students,parents and teachers in the following schools: the Zhongliangxiangyun Branch of Longjialu Primary School,Baicaiyuan Primary School,Wushunjie Primary School,The Fifty-seventh Experimental School of Chengdu(west end),Wuhou New City Branch of Longjialu Primary School and Chengdu Cuqiao Primary School.And conclusion is made that the reform of substantialization of sports associations in China is that of top-down mode,making full play of administrative means and providing relevant polices to push the reform forward steadily?Based on partial issued polices and the researches by experts both at home and abroad,the main conclusion is made as following:(1)The ultimate goal of substantialization of Chengdu Football Association is to have more football population,not just elite players.The participants would like to spend more time and expenditure on playing football so as to have a strong physique,enjoy vigorous health and promote social communication and fusion.(2)To enlarge football population,it is essential to let more children involve in the plan.Compare with clubs in Germany,the age range of their members is quite considerable.From very beginning children should be implanted into the idea that cultural study is not all in one's life.(3)to grow sports population among children,there are two challenges: one is that great importance has been attached on cultural education in China,the other is that the development of sports industry is unsatisfactory.Exam-oriented education here lets students busy with all kinds of after school courses,though parents know the benefit of physical exercises.(4)According to the analysis of the relevant reform polices issued by the football association and the survey of above six primary schools,the reform of Chengdu Football Association is still at primary stage.The schools try to enlarge the sports population and perfect matches at all levels.There are still some problems,for most of the schools are not the experimental ones without effective communication and cooperation with the education department.And they are not active in the plan.To solve this the practice in Germany can be borrowed,i.e shared school sport facilities at different time periods.
