| With the application of mindfulness training in the field of psychology and medicine,mindfulness training was introduced into the field of sports psychology,which was applied earlier by foreign sports psychologists in the field of sports.The skill mindfulness training of Chinese sports psychologists based on the third generation cognitive behavioral therapy has integrated the elements of Chinese culture and proved that mindfulness training can improve sports performance.In recent years,the physical health of college students has received the attention of the national education department and universities.Physical health has become an important part of college sports work.However,at present,the physical health of students in higher vocational colleges is worrying,and there are many problems to be solved in the current research.This thesis used the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and experiments to carry out experimental statistics on 50 students of Grade 2020 in Wuhan Maritime Vocational and Technical College.The National Physical Health Test Standard,the Concise Mood State Scale and the Mindfulness Five Factor Scale were used as the evaluation tools for the physical health test and mindfulness level research of college students.There are 26 subjects in the experimental group and 24 subjects in the control group.The experimental group received 8-week mindfulness training intervention,while the control group did not receive any experimental intervention.After the experimental intervention,the scores of mindfulness level,mood state and the test results of physical health of the experimental group and the control group were counted.1,The pre-test and post-test of the total score of mindfulness in the experimental group were statistically significant(p<0.01),with a highly significant difference between the pretest and post-test;The p-value of action is less than 0.05,and the p-value of inaction is less than 0.05,and there was significant difference between the two dimensions of action and inaction before and after the test.There was no significant difference in the total score of mindfulness in the control group before and after the test,but there was significant difference in the dimension of awareness and action.In addition,there was no significant difference in the four dimensions of observation,description,non-judgment and non-action in the control group.2,After mindfulness training,the mood state score of the subjects was significantly lower than that before the experiment(p<0.01),and there was a highly significant difference in the mood state score before and after the experiment.And there was no significant change in the score of the mood state scale in the control group(p>0.05).After eight weeks of mindfulness training,the scores of the Concise Mood State Scale in the experimental group decreased compared with the previous test.Compared with the experimental group,the control group did not receive mindfulness training intervention,and there was no change in the scores of the simple mood state scale before and after the test.3,After the mindfulness training experiment,the three indicators of vital capacity,standing long jump and 800 meters have highly significant differences,and the indicators of50 meters have significant differences.The experimental group and the control group measured 50 meters,vital capacity,and sitting forward flexion.Although there was no statistically significant difference in the three test indicators(p > 0.05),there was a difference in the average value,that is,the 50-meter value of the experimental group was greater than the average value of the control group.The average value of vital capacity in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the average value of sitting forward flexion in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two indexes of sit-ups and pull-ups in the control group.The experimental group sit-ups,800 meters,1000 meters three indicators have significant differences(p < 0.05).The results show that,1.The mindfulness program based on the ’ athlete mindfulness training manual ’ can improve the mindfulness level of college students,which is consistent with the experimental expectation hypothesis.2.Mindfulness training can effectively improve the individual ’s mood state score and stabilize the individual ’s mood state.3.The experimental group after mindfulness training,vital capacity,sit-ups,50 meters,800 meters,sit-and-reach,pull-ups six physical health test indicators have changed significantly,indicating that this training effectively improved the experimental group physical health test indicators.4.Mindfulness training has important promotion significance in psychological mechanism and physiological mechanism,but if you want to have excellent athletic performance,you also need to actively and correctly train yourself. |
