| In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of High-Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities" and the "Guidance Opinions on Further Improving and Standardizing the Examination and Enrollment of high-level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities",which put forward clear requirements on the construction direction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities and the selection of athletes,which promoted the continuous improvement of the technical and tactical abilities of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.Which leads to the choking phenomenon which choking choked athletes.If there is a positive choking effect on the prevention and avoidance of the "choking" phenomenon,this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for high level volleyball team’s mentaltraining.In this paper,18 high-level men’s volleyball players from Minzu University of China were selected as experimental objects.Literature research,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to test two experimental Settings under "different directions of attention" and"different pressure situations".For choking,it is considered as one of the four choking factors.If there is one choking phenomenon,it is allowed to participate in an 8-week mindfulness training experiment and is statistically tested by SPSS20.0 software.The choking results are as follows:1.After mindfulness training,the exercise performance of the experimental group was significantly improved in the test of "focusing attention on oneself’(P<0.01),and the test score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.If there is one choking group,there is a significant improvement in exercise performance in high pressure(P<0.01),which is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there is 4 less choking than the control group.3.There is no significant difference among the four choking groups in high pressure environment(P>0.05).4.After mindfulness training,the mean level of mindfulness in the experimental group was increased from 119.89±9.006 to 127.00±7.297,which was significantly improved(P<0.01).In the control group,the mean values of two mindfulness level tests were 122.22±8.997 and 123.11±6.585,and there was no significant change(P>0.05).The research conclusions are as follows:1.If players focus their attention on technical action,it affects the play of technical action and undermines the choking phenomenon.Mindfulness training can effectively improve the automatic execution effect of technical movements when athletes’ internal attention is excessively focused on their own movements.2.If there is one choking factor,it can significantly choke athletes if they are at high pressure,which is one of the four choking choking factors.As for the choking factor,it can reduce the choking potential.3.If it is choking,it is hard to choking.4.If it is choking,it is unchoking.If there is one choking phenomenon which occurs due to excessive external pressure,it is choked by mindfulness training.4.The improvement of individual mindfulness level is positively correlated with exercise performance under stress and high pressure;Mindfulness training is helpful to maintain the stability of athletes’ technical movements under stress or high pressure,but can not improve the quality of athletes’ technical movements under normal conditions. |
