Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Badminton Referee Training In Sichuan Province

Taking the national level and national referees registered by Sichuan Badminton Association from 2010 to 2018 as the subjects of investigation,using literature,expert interviews and questionnaires,Mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to study the training process of badminton referees in Sichuan Province,and the following conclusions and suggestions are drawn:1.Sichuan badminton referees lack of leaders and teams,in the process of follow-up training,we should strengthen the training of high-level referees in active service.In the process of actively building leaders,focus on the referee's English level,adjudication situation(number of adjudicators,adjudication ability,adjudication level).In the process of building the leading team,we should strengthen the communication and study with the excellent referees outside the province,and adopt the way of regular training and assessment to improve their overall ability and accomplishment.2.Highly educated referees occupy a large proportion of referees in Sichuan Province,with high comprehensive quality and strong learning ability.However,due to the short number of years of adjudication and the lack of training opportunities for high-level events,the ability of on-the-spot adjudication can not be improved rapidly.It is suggested that in the process of follow-up training,the proportion of highly educated referees in major events should be increased and the proportion of key games should be increased.3.The reserve of reserve talents of the judges of Sichuan Province is rich,and the young judges occupy a large proportion and have a great potential for development.However,due to the large number of talents and the need of the key cultivation,the referees can not be selected in a more balanced way in the major events.It is suggested to improve the overall quality of the young leader and improve the overall quality of the referee's team by taking into account the needs of the talent cultivation and the overall level of the youth referees.4.The selection and assignment mechanism of badminton referees in Sichuan Province is not perfect,and the training process is also lack of systematic design.It is suggested that in the process of follow-up training,the management and evaluation system of referees should be improved in order to understand objectively and in real time the individual adjudication of referees,the ranking of points,the registration of events and the frequency of participation,etc.In order to effectively improve the overall level of referees and the training effect of leading talents.5.Under the level of the development of badminton sport,the influence of the competition level and the local selection of the referees,the regional development of the judges of Sichuan Province is not balanced,and it is suggested that the Badminton Association of Sichuan Province should be inclined moderately in the selection of the place of the event and the selection of the referee.
