Present Situation Of Badminton Referee Training In Shaanxi Province And Optimization Strategy Research

The cultivation of badminton referees and the construction of the team of referees are very important for the development of badminton.From areas of the national fitness crowd on the breadth of badminton fitness exercise,or from the field of honor on the height of the badminton athletes to create excellent grades in our country,the construction of a sufficient number,personnel,reasonable structure,high qualification of business are of great help to the referee,it is a reasonably good.The investigation and study of the cultivation of badminton referees in Shaanxi Province,the analysis of the existing problems in the development,and the sorting out of optimized development strategies have a typical demonstration role in promoting the development of badminton referees in the western provinces of China.Therefore,using the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,field investigation and research methods of sociology to current situation of badminton referee in Shanxi Province in recent years,training process has carried on the detailed investigation,on the basis of extensive investigation analysis and combing the current situation of badminton referee in Shanxi Province,cultivation,the main problems appeared in the process of Then put forward the strategy of optimizing the cultivation of badminton referees in Shaanxi province.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation and training process of badminton referees in Shaanxi Province,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The number of badminton referees in Shaanxi province is relatively small,and high-level referees are relatively scarce.There are no Referees of Asian level or above,and the number and level of referees are generally in the shape of "small trapezoid".The geographical distribution of referees is extremely uneven,which shows that xi ’an is highly concentrated and other cities are scattered.The individual attribute characteristics of referees are not distinct,there is no strong leader,lack of competitiveness in China,the aging problem is more prominent,lack of excellent female referees.2.The cultivation of badminton referees in Shaanxi province has not been developed on a large scale;The training is mainly carried out in the mode of intensive training and training courses,which lacks diversity.The training method needs to be optimized and the level of the trained teacher team needs to be improved.The promotion channels of referees are not smooth enough,and the scientific level of organization and management of badminton referees is not high.3.The badminton referee team in Shaanxi province is short of highly educated personnel,the level of education of referees is not high,the English level and application level is low,theability of using computer is weak,and the comprehensive quality and ability of referees need to be improved.These factors are the main problems restricting the improvement of professional quality of badminton referees in Shaanxi Province.After analysis and demonstration,the strategy of optimizing the cultivation of badminton referees in Shaanxi province is put forward.1.The badminton related administrative departments of Shaanxi province should attach importance to the training of high-level referees,intensify efforts to train young referees,adjust the professional structure of referees to optimize the team structure of referees in Shaanxi Province,improve the overall level of badminton referees in Shaanxi Province,and enhance the status of badminton referees in China.2.Strengthen the cultivation of referees in various regions,attach importance to the cultivation of high-quality reserve referees in various regions,and improve the quality of referees;In the follow-up training,we should increase the training of English and computer,and pay attention to the cultivation of on-the-spot judgment ability,so as to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of badminton referees in Shaanxi province and improve the quality of referee team in Shaanxi Province.3.Optimize the cultivation content of badminton referees.In addition to the latest badminton competition rules,badminton judging methods,badminton on-the-spot referees’ terms（in Both Chinese and English）,badminton competition organization and arrangement,English,on-the-spot and theoretical assessment,increase the cultivation of moral and psychological quality of referees.4.Improve the selection mechanism of referees,increase the selection opportunities of referees from other parts of Shaanxi Province,enable more referees to participate in the competition,accumulate experience and improve the level of referees,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of referees in Shaanxi Province.5.Shaanxi Provincial Badminton Association and relevant administrative departments should raise funds in various ways for the training of referees,effectively improve the remuneration of referees and service work,and attract more referees to participate in the competition;Shaanxi province has established its own badminton referee management system,which is used in coordination with the management system of China Badminton Association to enhance the scientific and humanized management of referees.
