still at a low level.Judges generally have poor oral English and poor computer skills.2.At present,the training methods for badminton referees in Jiangxi Province are mostly pre-match assault training,rather than effective regular training.The referee's professional level is weak,and the training of badminton referee's professional quality is unreasonable.Most of the referees have not yet formed excellent psychological quality,and the management department relies too much on theoretical guidance in the process of psychological quality training for referees,but neglects the application of practical training.As far as the training content is concerned,judgment law,arrangement and relevant rules are usually chosen as the main contents.Lack of relevant theoretical knowledge and skills training,such as ideological and ethical level,organizational management level and English level.3.The rewards and punishments for badminton referees in Jiangxi Provincemainly include oral encouragement,certification and suspension.Referees are appointed by group notification and spontaneous registration.In the process of supervising referees,we mainly rely on the strength of the National Sports Bureau and the Provincial Badminton Association,while the supervision at the legal level is relatively scarce.As far as the promotion assessment mechanism is concerned,the assessment of English proficiency is overly neglected.Through the author's investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)To improve the selection mechanism and broaden the channels of talent selection,we should optimize the educational structure,strengthen the training of young badminton referees in Colleges and universities,especially the training of female referees.Badminton competitions can be organized in various regions of Jiangxi Province,promoting the balanced development of referees' profession in all regions.It is necessary to clarify the purpose of learning,organize English audio-visual exercises,so as to strengthen the spoken English level,train and guide the computer,and improve the practical ability of the computer.(2)Strengthen the training effect,in order to improve the ability,we should organize the training work of badminton matches regularly,explain the latest rules and judging methods,strengthen the training for the psychological quality of badminton referees,based on the on-site guidance of psychologists and through the way of simulating pressure in actual scenes,continue to carry out relevant psychological training in order to improve the referee's mind in practice.The purpose of rational quality.(3)Through the theoretical knowledge training of the referees,gradually establish and improve the training mode,enrich the training content,expand the theoretical knowledge training of related disciplines,such as ideological and moral character,organization and management,and so on,so that the badminton referees in our province
