Research purposes:Orthosis training,is an important part of rehabilitation training for paraplegic patients, and it is also an effective support for paraplegic patients to avoid various complications and-stand up again. In recent years.various natural disasters and frequent traffic accidents have caused the iincidence of spinal cord injuries to continue to increase. After treatment with acute injury, patients will face enormous pain, life threats, economic and mental burdens caused by various dysfunctions and late complications. In the field of spinal cord injury rehabilitation, more and more attention has been focused on the development of new orthosis.and there are few studies on ho+ to use orthosis for rehabilitation training.Therefore.this study analyzes the changes of cardiopulmonary function and walking abiliy after 6 weeks of training of paraplegic patients with RGO orthosis.and discusses how to make the training intensity more scientific, thus providing certain training for paraplegic patients and reasonable prosthetic orthopedic research.Research methods:1.20 adult patients with paraplegia under 60 years old were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group used medium-strength orthosis walking training combined with routine rehabilitation training 5 times a week for 30 minutes, and each exercise time increased by 5 minutes every 2 weeks. The control group only performed daily rehabilitation training.2.Select the physiological consumption index value at the 0th week, the 3rd week, and the 6th week, the borg fatigue scale score, the spinal cord injury, walking index ?,the 6-minute walking test, the 10-meter walking ability test, and the time up and go test.Evaluate the patient's improvement in cardiopulmonary function and walking ability.3.Statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data using SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1 group comparison, physiological consumption index intervention group had excellent to control group, there was significant difference,P=0.036;borg scale score intervention group was better than control group, the difference was significant.P=0.026;spinal cord injury walking index ? had no difference. The significance of learning,P=0.293;6-minute walking distance is higher than the control group 31.700,the difference is significant,P=0.010;the difference of walking time of 10 meters is not statistically significant,P=0.228;the time up and go test intervention group is better than the control group. The difference was significant,P=0.025.Within the two groups, the intervention group had a significant effect on the physiological consumption index, the 6-minute walk test, and the time up and go test.while the control group was not obvious:the borg fatigue scores were not statistically significant before and after the experiment, and the intervention group P=0.258,the control group P=0.610;the spinal cord injury walking index ?intervention group had a significant effect of P=0.039,and the control group had no difference P=0.138;the time factor of the 10m walking test group was significant, and the scores were improved.Research conclusions:The walking exercise of medium-intensity by orthosis has certain effect on improving the cardiopulmonary function and basic walking ability of paraplegic patients, and it is worthy of further clinical application.
