Abstract/Summary:
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the importance of building a strong sports country on various occasions,and stressed that building a strong sports country is an important part of the Chinese people’s realization of the "Two Centenary Goals".It is imperative to carry out the thought of building a strong sports country,realize the goal of building a strong sports country and improve the teaching level of university physical education.Volleyball plays an important role in the course of "college physical education",and is influenced by the spirit of women’s volleyball,volleyball is also a hot and popular course of college physical education.The seven basic volleyball techniques include preparation posture and movement,passing,cushion,dunk,serve and blocking.Double-handed passing is more difficult to master than other basic skills,but it is extremely important in volleyball.In the teaching process of frontal two-handed passing technology,the accuracy of passing requires high opponents.On the basis of forming the correct hand shape of volleyball passing,the coordination of fingers,wrist and arm are the key points and difficult points in the teaching process.For beginners is difficult to master,teaching is difficult,therefore by other kinds of sports and previous research training,this paper will be for college volleyball passing technology teaching difficult this practical problem,in the volleyball passing teaching using the traditional teaching method,on the basis of join passing auxiliary practice equipment teaching attempt.The purpose of this study is to use the auxiliary practice equipment(passing hand orthodontic device,ice cream cone and finger tension trainer)in the college sports volleyball elective course.By comparing with the traditional volleyball teaching methods,explore the practical effect of auxiliary practice equipment in the teaching of volleyball passing,accelerate the design of passing technology,improve the quality of classroom teaching,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and find new ways to improve the teaching quality of college sports volleyball elective courses.Main application of literature method,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics method,selection of Jiangxi normal university level2021 public sports volleyball elective courses of two classes,a total of 63 female students as experimental object,experimental class 32 female students using auxiliary practice equipment teaching,control class 31 female students using the traditional teaching method,using 12 weeks of teaching experiment course.Testing the practical effect of the auxiliary practice machine applied in teaching,and comparing with the traditional teaching methods of volleyball,the following conclusions and suggestions are drawn.conclusion:(1)The passing hand type orthotics helps to make students pass the hand type more standardized when passing,reduces the probability of finger joint injury due to incorrect movements in the practice process,and also enables students to quickly master the volleyball passing techniques.(2)Finger tension trainer can enhance the strength of the finger,so that the finger wrist can reasonably buffer the ball speed and improve the elasticity of the finger,and better control the ball.(3)The ice cream cone can improve students’ awareness and footstep response ability,and help to locate the ball point to form muscle movement memory,and the body can better coordinate the force when passing the ball.(4)The auxiliary practice equipment can stimulate students’ interest in learning passing,quickly guide students to understand and master the key points of movements,standardize the movements of passing hands,and create a clear framework for the movement structure,so as to master the technology.(5)The auxiliary practice device helps students to gradually master the technical movements during the practice process.The practice steps are simple and not boring,which can not only improve students’ enthusiasm to learn to pass,but also strengthen their confidence.(6)The auxiliary practitioner can effectively help students to improve the passing standard rate and the passing action skill evaluation result in the technical assessment,which can better improve the teaching effect and quality.propose:(1)In volleyball teaching,teachers can choose auxiliary exercises according to the individual differences of students.Auxiliary exercises should be added according to the weak links in students ’volleyball technology,and the design and use of auxiliary exercises should be considered from the starting point of students,so as to improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of students’ learning.(2)Strengthen the development and study of auxiliary practitioners,in-depth understanding of the key and difficult links of volleyball teaching,master the teaching methods and the use of auxiliary practitioners,combined with the differences of students’ specific teaching,motivate students,improve their own teaching skills.(3)Teachers should enhance the ability to master the future hot direction,pay attention to cultivating and improving their teaching ability,love teaching,study teaching,always put students in the first place,and improve their teaching level.(4)In the traditional teaching,we have the courage to add new teaching methods,mobilize the boring practice atmosphere in the classroom,and mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of students.(5)You can try to put different types of auxiliary exercises into all kinds of physical education teaching.
