This paper focuses on the case of jinan spring cultural resources of fine arts school-based curriculum development and teaching practice.With the advancement of educational reform,especially the concept of "core quality of fine arts",curriculum has become an important part of educational reform.The development of school-based curriculum plays an increasingly important role in the new curriculum reform.School-based curriculum plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of school characteristics,the professional development of teachers and the growth of students.Under the guideline of art curriculum standards for compulsory education,more and more regions and schools have emerged school-based courses based on local resources and culture.As far as school-based curriculum development in jinan is concerned,"spring culture" is the characteristic cultural resource of jinan known as "the city of springs".There are abundant teaching resources of spring culture and fine arts.It is a new trend of modern art teaching to incorporate local or regional excellent resources into art teaching content.Based on the current new curriculum development reality,combined with jinan local cultural resources,the author will spring culture into the school-based curriculum development and construction of the vision.Through the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of quanzhou culture and fine arts,it cultivates students' interests and hobbies,enriches students' art practice activities,helps students better understand the local culture,enhances students' sense of responsibility and pride,and enables students to develop a cultural attitude of loving the local culture and respecting the diverse cultures of the world.Paper system tells about spring culture art in the development of school-based curriculum and teaching practice of preliminary exploration,this paper summarizes the jinan spring culture as a subject for art school-based curriculum design reason and significance of this topic research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the main approaches to the study of the course and the main concept is defined.Then discussed about spring culture school-based curriculum development and implementation of several aspects,mainly including: the principle of curriculum development,curriculum design,curriculum design goal,choice of curriculum content,curriculum teaching methods,curriculum evaluation Suggestions,and select a unit subject to display and analysis of the teaching practice teaching.Finally,combined with the achievements of quanzhou culture curriculum construction and the author's reflection and summary of the problems in the process of curriculum development and practice,finally put forward the future prospect of quanzhou culture and fine arts school-based curriculum construction.Although the development of school-based curriculum of quan culture and art is still in the exploratory stage,based on the professional development of teachers and the collaborative innovation of the research team,the construction of curriculum system and practical teaching are deeply studied,and the construction of school-based curriculum of quan culture and art is bound to break through and develop.
