Research objectives:With the continuous development of sports,more and more attention has been paid to competitive sports.Team sports in competitive sports,such as basketball,football and volleyball,have been increasingly developed.In recent years,the analysis and research on team sports such as football and basketball shows that the sports form in team sports competition is characterized by two characteristics: one is high intensity,the other is intermittent repeated sprints.The strength of repeated sprints has gradually become an important factor in team sports.The research on the motor ability and cognitive ability of sprint with short time and high intensity has gradually become a hot spot.Related groups in our country sports coaches and scientific researchers to repeat the sprint ability of cognitive level need to be further perfect,create a more scientific knowledge,to form a more scientific training methods,for the community sports provide more scientific and rational guidance,promote team sports scientific training,theoretical,practical development.Research methods:This study in 2018 by the middle of September to November in lixia district education internship,internship class were randomly selected as the experimental class,in class four grade four screening of 33 students as subjects,random 17 students(eight male and nine female)as experimental group more direction on repeat sprint training,16 students(eight men and eight women)as control group in single direction of repeated sprint training.For seven weeks.Three times a week,5-8 minutes of training was conducted in physical education class.The control group was divided into multi-direction sprint training and single-direction sprint training.At the beginning,YOYO grade and reaction time were tested twice in both the experimental group and the control group,and the mid-term test was conducted at 4-5 weeks,and the post-test of YOYO grade and reaction time of cognitive ability was conducted at8-9 weeks.The changes of YOYO's performance and reaction time before and after the experiment were analyzed.Paired t test was used within the group,and independent sample t test was used between the groups.In response to stroop,the test required that the correct rate of stroop response was higher than 95%.Research results:After seven weeks of repeated sprint training,the YOYO test results were compared between the post test and the pretest.Both the multi-direction training group and the single-direction training group showed significant changes,with the P values of 0.011 and 0.025,respectively.Compared with before and after the seven-week training,both multi-direction repeat sprint training and single-direction repeat sprint training can significantly shorten the stroop response time of the trainers,with P values of 0.0196 and 0.0299,respectively.Conclusion:(1)Both the multi-direction sprint training group and the single-direction sprint training group can significantly improve the YOYO test performance of the trainers.(2)The multi-direction sprint training group showed significant improvement in response to Stroop,while the single-direction sprint training group showed no significant improvement in response to Stroop.(3)Both multi-direction sprint training and single-direction sprint training can improve the exercise ability of the trainers.The relatively complex multi-direction sprint training is better than the single-direction sprint training in improving the cognitive ability.
