In the past 30 years,the physical health level of adolescents and children has been declining.Therefore,all countries are committed to the improvement of adolescents' physical health.The first task is to develop school physical education vigorously,cultivate students' health awareness and behavior through physical education curriculum,and solve the unhealthy psychology in learning and life.Therefore,all countries are constantly exploring,reforming and improving the school physical education curriculum.Our students have experienced more than ten years' study career from primary school,junior middle school and senior high school,and have experienced numerous physical education courses,but they have not mastered a sports skill.Therefore,in recent years,our country has been carrying out the reform and implementation of the curriculum,always putting the fitness education in the first place.Respect students' learning needs and stimulate their love for sports.The Sports Play and Active Recreation for Kids.That is,children's sports,games and recreational activities.)It is also after students' physical health problems,began to explore the research and development of obesity-related children's curriculum,and then through continuous summary and improvement,starting from the students' fundamental,physical ability and skills,pay attention to students' psychological problems,fully stimulate students' interest in sports,guide students to participate in sports.Aiming at the problem of students' physical decline,this paper combines SPARK course with the actual situation of our country,and carries out experimental research on the basic technical module of volleyball cushion in physical education class.This paper analyses the concept,characteristics and structure of SPARK,finds out the similarities and references with the educational concept of our country,and applies them to the basic technical action of primary school volleyball course-front cushion.In this paper,SPARK physical education teaching experiment is carried out on fifth grade students of Guangming Street Primary School in Jinan by using the methods of documentation,interview,experiment and comparative analysis.By comparing with the results of traditional teaching,including physical fitness and skills,the results of the experimental class and the control class before and after theexperiment are processed by means of SPSS19.0 data processing software,and the results of the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment are processed by means of t test with independent samples.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis.(1)Through SPARK teaching in elementary school volleyball class,the students' volleyball cushion has been significantly improved.The transition from balloon to hard volleyball avoids students' boredom.The experimental data analysis shows that the number of volleyball cushions in the experimental class is higher than that in the control class.(2)SPARK physical education is applied to volleyball class.In terms of physical fitness,the experimental class is superior to the control class in the 50-metre race and 6-metre*8turn-back race by combining situational creation,games and competitions with physical fitness exercises.(3)The application of SPARK physical education teaching in volleyball class can observe that students' interest in sports participation and ability of cooperation and communication are enhanced.
