Health also is not only physical health, but also includes mental health and social adaptability. School physical education is to cultivate students' health consciousness, develop good exercise habits. Therefore, countries are committed to the reform and development of physical education and sports. Even if the curriculum reform is continuing to improve, but the students' physical quality decline and rising obesity rates of problems still exist.In front of the children's physical health concern, in recent years committed to the curriculum reform and implementation in our country, the concept of sports and health education to "health first, the students as the main body" in the first place, respect students' individual character development, though they have results after implementation effect, but there is also not healthy development momentum. The pitfalls of physical education teachers to understand the new curriculum reform; Teacher training become a mere formality. Not at the same time to improve the quality of teaching high school students happiness and implementation point of view. Students' mental low capacity, and poor social adaptability problems need us to face.The SPARK program is produced under the condition of the students' physical quality decline, and widely applied in the states and development. Implementation of the teaching of the SPARK reflects the attention to "people", pay close attention to students' emotional and social adaptation ability, also to respect the principal position of students. SPARK with children "curious, active, good mimic" characteristics, under the melody of music, the teaching content and life together, take the student as the main body, to promote student health, strengthen students' physique, inspire and cultivate the students' sports interest as the goal, physical fitness and skills to the dual combination of conversion for the content of the teaching contents and teaching ways, encourage students independent, cooperative and inquiry learning, respect the individual differences of students, and guide students to participate in and enjoy sports.SPARK teaching characteristics and the concept and advocated the concept of school physical education reform in our country, to promote a new generation of children's physical and mental health development, the development of student's physical and intellectual, increase students' interest in sports participation and sports, lower rates of obesity, the prevention of mental illness, into the healthy happy growth of students.This article on the students' physical quality decline, the problems existing in the process of curriculum implementation, on the extensive development of improve students' physical quality of the teaching course, SPARK, analysis of the SPARK program available points, the SPARK curriculum concept, characteristic, produce basis and structure of the research, find out the concept of its implementation and the curriculum reform in our country required by the concept of similarity. Literature data method, experiment method, comparative analysis and so on to the fourth grade students in the SPARK curriculum teaching experiments, and compared with traditional teaching that in comparative classes student performance comparison before and after the experiment, including physical quality, sports interest and gets along with people the comparison of three aspects. Using the SPSS data analysis software of before and after the experiment results are mean and independent samples T test, find out the SPARK curriculum teaching to students' physical quality, sports interest and the influence degree of the ability to communicate with people, and analysis the following conclusions:1, the SPARK curriculum teaching is introduced into our country sports teaching, physical fitness and skills, the combination of strict organization teaching, is helpful to the improvement of students' body quality. In 1 min rope jumping and throwing sandbags, 50 meters, 50 meters * 8, basketball turn-back dribbling test project, after the experiment, the experimental classes and that in comparative classes in addition to throwing sandbags, other four have significant differences. Especially 50 m * 8 items have very significant effect.2, the SPARK curriculum teaching is introduced into our country sports teaching, the students' interest in sports training has the very good effect, for students' mental health development, has promoting effect to the student sports habits. Especially the differences of sports participation and active interest, after the experiment of experimental classes of students autonomous learning mean value is higher than that in comparative classes of average, but the difference was not significant.3, the SPARK curriculum teaching is introduced into our country sports teaching, the experiment classes after compared with that in comparative classes in getting along with people ability scores, to improve the ability of the students' ability to talk and make friends with good effect, and the effect is remarkable. Although there was no significant difference in terms of ability to treat people, but the SPARK class students with average grades have improved.After experimental verification, the SPARK curriculum, the introduction of the elementary school sports teaching in our country has the feasibility conforms to the requirement of physical education curriculum reform in our country, conducive to the development of students' physical and mental health and lifetime sports consciousness of the form. Can according to the national conditions in our country, to SPARK introduced the concept of primary school curriculum in physical education class teaching.(1) the optimization of course structure, the introduction of the United States SPARK ideas advocated by the basis of teaching factors, combined with our country sports teaching, promote the construction of physical education curriculum reform in our country.(2) to adjust the teaching material content, make the content novel, attractive, combined with actual life experience and beneficial to the students master and use, increase sports, develop the students' ability of confidence. Pay attention to the physical development and skill development in the arrangement of course content, the combination of make the classroom teaching more interesting, diverse teaching content design and reasonable collocation, to cultivate students' health of body and mind development and the development of the social adaptation ability. Teaching evaluation is given priority to with praise, encouragement is complementary. The diverse teaching method, lets the student in the movement for the success of pleasure, to lay a good foundation for the lifelong sports.(3) improve school, society and family for the importance of physical education curriculum. Raise the level of teachers and the teachers.(4) this research made 8 weeks of experiment teaching, to need to be trained for a long time to achieve the desired effect of sports, the time is too short, in the later research, experiment teaching, can try to do more to get closer to the comprehensive experimental results.(5) this study selected the xingji fourth grade students as experimental object, set up the comparison of the experimental group and the control group, but the students' interest in class, after class, the level of participation in sports is uncontrollable factors in the process of experiment, it increases the error of the experimental results. Suggest in the later study, so try to choose less controllable factors or the same subjects, so that it can greatly reduce the error of the experimental results.
