School physical education is the cornerstone of lifelong physical education,and physical education is the most direct way to maintain health.Under the active promotion of the reform of the physical education curriculum,various teaching concepts and contents,strategies and methods are all innovating and effectively used in the physical education classroom.The so-called stone from other mountains can be used for jade.In the long-term development of school sports in our country,foreign "mountains" are also incorporated into foreign teaching methods for physical education courses,such as the SPARK course in the United States.The American SPARK course,as a relatively advanced and mature physical education curriculum system,has achieved remarkable results in the United States.Whether it is in improving student participation in sports courses,sports interest,or improving sports skills,it has rich experience.The American SPARK course It has been in the United States for 30 years and has won many recognitions.Integrate the American SPARK curriculum concept into my country's physical education curriculum,and analyze the significance of integrating American SPARK curriculum into my country's primary school physical education curriculum on this basis.This paper selects students in the fifth and sixth grades of elementary school to conduct teaching experiments.The two-year experimental class and the control class each have 45 students.The experiment is carried out for two months.It uses a combination of literature,questionnaires,and experimental methods.The research method is to compare the experimental class and the control class in the three aspects of physical fitness,ability to get along with people and sports interest,and obtain the data using SPSS23.0 software for mean value and independent sample T test analysis.The experiment found that:(1)In terms of physical fitness,a total of 6 items were tested.After the experiment,there were no significant differences in 1 minute sit-ups,1minute rope skipping,and sitting forward bending for students in fifth and sixth grades,but There were significant differences in 50 m,50m×8 round-trip running and vital capacity(P<0.05).It can be seen that the American SPARK course has significant results in improving students' explosive power,endurance,and cardiopulmonary function.(2)In terms of sports interest,after the experiment,there is no significant difference in the degree of autonomous learning of sports among students in fifth and sixth grades,but there are significant differences in the dimensions of sports participation,sports active interest,and sports negative interest.The difference in sex(P<0.05)indicates that the use of American SPARK physical education has made classroom teaching content rich and colorful,and students are willing to actively participate in it,thereby increasing students' interest in sports.(3)In terms of the ability to get along with others,after the experiment,there are very significant differences in the dimensions of conversation ability between fifth and sixth grade students(P<0.01)and significant differences in the dimensions of making friends(P<0.05)),there is no significant difference in the dimensions of dealing with people and things.It shows that after the American SPARK course teaching,it can improve the students' ability to make friends and talk,which can make students more willing to actively communicate with classmates,and promote exchanges between students on sports or other aspects.Research shows that the most important feature of the American SPARK curriculum concept is inclusiveness,interesting content of the curriculum,and the professionalism that pays attention to cultivating teachers.It focuses on the effective integration of teaching content and theory,pays attention to differences in students' technical skills,teaches students to distinguish right from wrong,and believes that effective communication in the classroom will promote students to actively participate in interactive exercises.Respect for people-oriented is the requirement of my country's new curriculum standard,and it is also an important content advocated by the American SPARK curriculum.The teaching goal of the American SPARK course is to increase the time for students to independently increase their extracurricular sports activities.This is also an important guiding ideology put forward by our country in school education and the purpose of quality education reform.The American SPARK course is simple,efficient and practical.It allows every student to feel and appreciate the fun of physical education,and every teacher can feel the charm of physical education.This course gives full play to the role of school sports.The American SPARK curriculum philosophy is similar to that of our country,and it is suitable for promotion and development in school sports in our country.
