The sudden outbreak of the "new coronavirus" virus pneumonia in early 2020(hereinafter referred to as the "new crown" epidemic)has caused colleges and universities across the country to postpone the opening of classes.In order to ensure that "classes are not suspended,classes are not suspended,and classes are not suspended," offline classrooms have been transferred to online on a large scale for the first time.Chinese education hastily and quickly entered the era of online courses,accepting the challenges and tests of the digital transformation of the education front.Online teaching is carried out in the form of online courses,and the flipped classroom teaching mode has played an important role and achieved good teaching results.This article uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.On the basis of understanding the concept,basic characteristics and specific operating procedures of the flipped classroom,it introduces the general college tennis teaching in the flipped classroom.Applied as the research object,selected 2020 physical education majors in Changzhi College,20 people in the control group and 20 people in the experimental group,conducted teaching experiments in Changzhi College,compared and analyzed the difference between flipped classroom teaching and traditional physical education,and demonstrated the model Teaching effect and value in tennis teaching in ordinary colleges and universities.After56 hours of teaching experiment in a semester,the following conclusions were finally drawn:1.The effect of the flipped classroom teaching model on students’ physical fitness is not significantly different from that of the traditional teaching model.2.After the experiment,after the technical evaluation of the two groups of students,it was found that the tennis skill level of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,which proved that the flipped classroom teaching model can play a positive role in promoting students’ tennis skills learning than traditional teaching.3.The experimental results show that the students in the experimental group are better than the control group in learning tennis theory knowledge,indicating that the flipped classroom teaching model is better for teaching tennis theory knowledge.4.Flipped classroom teaching is a beneficial development and supplement to the traditional teaching model.And it has been recognized and welcomed by many college students,adding vitality and new development direction to college tennis courses.In the future teaching,we should make specific analysis based on specific conditions,use appropriate teaching methods,and continuously improve the quality of teaching.5.The experimental results prove that the flipped classroom teaching model can be used for tennis teaching in ordinary colleges and universities,and it is of great significance to physical education in the post-epidemic era,especially tennis,which is affected by venues and weather.
