At present,with the continuous development of China’s sports industry,there is an increasing shortage of professional table tennis talents in society.As a result,many college students choose to major in table tennis,which makes college table tennis more and more popular.However,although there are many college students involved in this industry,the teaching effect is not so ideal.The most important means to cultivate excellent table tennis talents is to reform teaching methods and innovate teaching methods.In recent years with the rise of computer network technology in the field of education,it also has a pivotal position in the teaching,MOOC(Massive Oline Open Course)development is faster and faster,the corresponding also occupies a place in the field of education,along with the continuously go deep into research of MOOC,for this kind of teaching means understanding more and more,it also for MOOC laid a solid foundation in the position in the later teaching.MOOC changed the traditional boring teaching table tennis teaching mode,make full use of the advantages and features of the computer to the Internet,you can make it easier for students to understand and memory table tennis technical movement.The application of moocs in the field of table tennis teaching will greatly change the teaching form,teaching methods and means,as well as the theoretical thoughts of teaching and the teaching structure of class.Similar to flipped classroom,many advantages of moocs can fully mobilize students’ multiple senses,strengthen the consciousness of independent learning,and participate in learning comprehensively,so as to achieve the ideal teaching effect.Author based on MOOC flip application class table tennis teaching in colleges and universities as the research core,with the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,system design method,the education experimental method and mathematical statistics for the study of the channel,turn from MOOC,classroom,table tennis teaching and teaching theory and teaching methods,the analysis based on the MOOC flip the positive role of class table tennis teaching in colleges and universities,and puts forward Suggestions for the optimization of table tennis teaching in colleges.The purpose of this study is to explore ways to optimize college table tennis teaching from the perspective of flipped classroom based on MOOC and lay a foundation for improving the teaching quality of college table tennis.In this study,the author conducts an in-depth study on flipped classroom of MOOC and table tennis classroom of colleges and universities,which is mainly divided into four parts.The content is as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces this research.In the first section,the basis of the topic selection is proposed.In the second section,the purpose and significance of this paper are presented.In the third section,the research results of MOOC teaching at home and abroad are summarized.The second part is the research object and method.In the first section,it mainly introduces the study of 48 students from the table tennis elective group of changjiang university’s public physical education course,which is divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the second quarter,with the method of documentation,questionnaire survey method,system design method,education experimental method and mathematical statistics for the study of the channel,to explore the method of optimization of table tennis teaching,lay a foundation to improve the teaching quality of college table tennis;The third section is the main frame of this thesis.The third part is discussion and analysis.In the first section,relevant concepts of moocs and flipped classroom are defined,and relevant theories are introduced.And to turn the classroom teaching mode in the table tennis teaching how to use,the constructivism learning theory,blended learning theory,behaviorism learning theory and cognitivism learning theory are introduced,finally to flip to design classroom teaching mode.In the second section,the main experimental design and experimental results are analyzed,so as to explain the influence of mooc-based flipped classroom on the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities.In the third section,the reflection and application Suggestions of mooc-based flipped classroom in college table tennis teaching are proposed.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion,mainly based on the application of mooc-based flipped classroom in college table tennis teaching.In the first section,the teaching model is summarized according to the experimental process and results,which can effectively improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality of table tennis courses in colleges and universities in the short term.In the second section,the author puts forward some Suggestions for the application of this teaching model in colleges and universities,and looks forward to the application of mooc-based flipped classroom in college table tennis teaching.As well as strengthening the reform of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities and the reform of teaching methods of table tennis teachers in colleges and universities.Himself from the innovation of this study are,based on the MOOC flip the perspective of classroom teaching mode,optimization of table tennis teaching method have been explored,is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of college table tennis,but also can promote the development of table tennis teaching and computer Internet connection.Himself,however,the shortcomings of the study is that the data can be used for reference,analyses and discusses the hard to avoid
