Course resources are the main teaching materials.In the modern high school geography teaching,teaching cases are mostly in the old textbooks,which are out of touch with the times and can not meet the needs of the modern high school geography classroom and social development.Therefore,the renewal of teaching resources is particularly urgent and important.Current events refer to recent domestic and international events,which are timeliness and the main subject of the Geographic College Entrance Examination.It is of great practical significance to transform the current issues into geographical materials and integrate them into the teaching of geography class so as to realize the connection between geography class and social development.The purpose of this paper is to renew and improve high school geography teaching resources,to study the deep integration strategy of current affairs cases and geography teaching,to inject new vitality into high school geography classroom,and to enhance students' interest in geography subject exploration by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,experiment and case study.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration of current affairs cases and geography teaching at home and abroad,the existing achievements and shortcomings of this study are clarified,and the current situation of the application of current affairs cases in high school geography is investigated by questionnaire survey method.The restrictive factors of the integration of current affairs cases and geography teaching in high school are understood.On this basis,it summarizes the collation of current affairs cases in high school geography teaching,focuses on the principles of collecting current affairs cases,puts forward the integration strategy of current affairs cases and high school geography teaching,and verifies the effectiveness of the integration strategy combined with practical teaching.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Domestic attention to current affairs is very high,many scholars regard the combination of current affairs and geography teaching as the research theme;foreign research on this aspect is less.However,under the background of curriculum reform,how to achieve the full integration of current affairs cases and senior high school teaching,and from which angles,domestic and foreign research is insufficient.2.At present,the application of current affairs cases in geography teaching is not systematic enough and the implementation resistance is relatively large.The application of current affairs cases is often scattered.The use of current affairs cases is limited to a certain link or only to explore superficial knowledge,but not to explore current affairs cases in depth,which limits the deep integration of current affairs cases and geography teaching.3.This paper puts forward a method of sorting out high school geography current affairs cases.That is to collect current affairs cases-Classification-integration work,to provide certain ideas and reference for the development and utilization of current affairs cases.Taking the integration of current affairs cases in 2018 and related college entrance examination questions as an example,this paper provides reference for senior high school geography teachers.4.Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform concept,the application mode of current affairs case is summarized according to the teaching strategy,that is,the teaching mode of "integration of current affairs case and geography teaching in senior high school" is created,that is,the situation of current affairs case is created,the problem chain is raised,the problem is solved,the thinking structure is renewed,and the application and evaluation of current affairs case is transferred.5.Current affairs cases have significant teaching effect.This is based on the author's conclusion in practice.The integration of current affairs cases and geography teaching is conducive to improving students' performance.Students have made progress in classroom performance,after-class review and homeland emotional values.6.Current affairs cases have some problems that can not be ignored in practical application.In one month's practical application,two problems have been found as follows: it is easy to deviate from the application of current affairs cases,and it is difficult to obtain time-limited data.
