With the progress of society and the development of sports in our country,the local and municipal sports schools that train young athletes are also facing the requirements of school-running mode,the change of training objectives and the all-round development of young athletes.Whether from the growth of current athletes or retirement of future athletes to society,the cultural education of athletes needs to be improved urgently.Sports schools have delivered a number of national champions,world champions and Olympic champions,which are the cradle of China's sports reserve talents.However,the cultural course learning of sports school students has always been the bottleneck of the development of sports schools.Especially in mathematics learning,it is more difficult.Students' poor foundation,bad learning habits,emphasis on training and neglect of reading,teachers' overall level is not high,sports school running mode,coaches' competition pressure are all important reasons for students not attaching importance to the study of cultural courses,which directly leads to the lack of students' interest in mathematics learning,the poor performance of mathematics,and students' dissatisfaction with the status quo of mathematics learning.As a mathematics teacher who has been engaged in mathematics teaching in sports schools for 23 years,I have a deeper understanding of the development and current situation of sports schools.I urgently want to change the current situation of students' mathematics learning in sports schools.I believe that the research on the current situation of students' mathematics learning in sports schools has very important practical significance.Starting from the background and significance of the research,this paper consults the relevant research results at home and abroad,emphasizes the importance of the research,and provides a theoretical basis for carrying out the research.Through studying and summarizing the research results over the years,combining with the actual situation of our school,collecting data through questionnaire and interview,investigating and researching,we can conclude thepresent situation and performance of students' mathematics learning in sports schools are as follows: students lack interest in mathematics,motivation of mathematics learning,self-awareness of learning mathematics,and good learning habits and methods.And then on how to change the status quo of students' mathematics learning in sports schools,I conduct an investigation and analysis.In Zibo Sports School,I carried out a study on the teaching strategies of mathematics learning for students in sports schools.This experiment mainly includes: Policy orientation,system constraints and close cooperation between coaches and teachers are the keys.I adjust the teaching content and objectives moderately,pay attention to the cultivation of students' interest in mathematics learning and strengthen the main channel role of classroom teaching.The students can enhance edification of mathematical culture and experience the mathematical beauty through a reasonable means of evaluation.To improve students' self-efficacy,information technology is a powerful complement to classroom teaching.Seven teaching strategies are used to carry out an experimental study of mathematics teaching strategies in the experimental class.Through one semester's experimental study and the comparative analysis of the final examination results,it is concluded that the teaching strategies adopted have a positive effect on students' mathematics learning in sports schools,and the research has achieved certain results.
