With the development of the times,science and technology are changing and advancing,it keeps pushing society forward.Mathematics,as a scientific language that reveals the laws of natural society,is getting more and more attention.Meanwhile,mathematics as an indispensable part of education,it plays a unique role in the cultivation of human thinking and intellectual development.In the context of the reform of the basic education curriculum,more and more attention is paid to the quality training of middle school students in the 21 st century.Mathematics education also tends to be based on core literacy in the curriculum system,and the core literacy of mathematics comes with it.It is the basic content of the goals and concepts of the mathematics curriculum.It embodies the understanding of mathematical knowledge,the mastery of mathematical skills and the perception of mathematical thinking.Meanwhile,in the “curriculum standard(2011 Edition)”,it was pointed out that "symbolic consciousness" has become one of the top ten core qualities in compulsory education.Making great efforts to cultivate and improve the mathematical symbolic consciousness among junior high school students is becoming one of the basic contents of mathematics education.Therefore,the strategy research of cultivating the symbolic consciousness of junior high school students under the core literacy becomes the most important point.This research will explore the cultivation strategies of junior high school students ' symbolic consciousness under the core literacy from three dimensions(symbolic cognition,symbolic representation,symbolic operation).Hoping the junior high school students will raise the symbol consciousness.First of all,this paper introduces the background of the research on the core literacy of mathematics and the symbolic consciousness,inducing the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and current status.At the same time describes the main substance and significance of this essay and research methods.Secondly,the core concept is defined,including literacy,core literacy,symbol,mathematical symbol,consciousness,mathematical symbolic consciousness.And at the same time the relevant theoretical foundation is analyzed,including Piaget's theory of cognitive development,Ausubel's theory of meaning learning and information processing theory.And then selected some junior high school students and first-line mathematics teachers,through the test questionnaires and interviews,analyzed the core of the problem of the symbolic consciousness under the core literacy of the status quo to provide the basis for the subsequent research.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,proposing specific strategies from three dimensions,including symbolic cognition,symbolic representation and symbolic operation,for cultivation of mathematical symbolic consciousness on junior high school students under the core literacy to guide the practice,in order to provide some teaching reference for front-line mathematics teachers.The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the problems,and then propose the cultivation strategy of mathematical symbolic consciousness based on core literacy to provide some reference for the teaching of junior high school teachers.Hoping these strategies to help junior high school students raise mathematical symbolic consciousness effectively and strengthen their core literacy.
