This article mainly uses Delphi method and test method,combined with pedagogy theory,psychological theory and educational statistics theory.Based on the results of questionnaire survey on the existing problems and the improvement suggestions of physics question banks of secondary schools in Jinan,this paper puts forward some principles for the construction of physics question bank in secondary schools.By constructing the sample bank,the principles are tested and the test data are analyzed in detail.This article mainly covers the following seven parts.The first part briefly introduces the research background of middle school physics learning ability and item bank construction.The research status in this field at home and abroad is explained.And the significance of this study is expounded.The second part mainly introduces the overall design of this study.The core concepts in this study are defined.It also introduces the theory of educational measurement based on the item response theory.The Delphi method and test method used in this study are explained.It also introduces the personnel involved in the questionnaire survey and item bank construction as well as the main implementation process.The third part is a questionnaire survey of middle school physics teachers in some districts of Jinan by Delphi method.Through investigation,the practical use and improvement suggestions of computer question bank in teaching front-line are obtained.The fourth part,through the analysis and summary of the results of Delphi method investigation,put forward the principle of building the physics question bank based on the ability of physical learning,and elaborated in detail with the related educational theory.The fifth part,combined with the results of Delphi method,uses the item response theory to compile the sample bank.At the same time,a random test is carried out for the question bank.This part provides an example for teachers to use item response theory to build question bank in daily teaching.The sixth part makes a detailed analysis of the test results of the sample bank,whichfully proves that the quality of the question bank is good and the principles that I put forward are effective.The seventh part summarizes the research results of this study and puts forward further exploration directions.The results of the study are as follows: Five principles that should be followed in constructing middle school physics question bank from the perspective of physical learning ability are put forward.They are scientific principle,situation principle,relevance principle,developmental principle and method principle.It provides a sample for teaching front-line teachers to construct question bank by applying item response theory.
