Curriculum standards are an important basis for teacher teaching.In February2017,the Ministry of Education issued a new edition of the Compulsory Education Elementary Science Curriculum Standards.After the revision of the new version of the primary science curriculum standard,some new changes and new trends have emerged.How to understand the new changes and new trends in the new version of the primary science curriculum standards is the core content of this research.In order to clarify this problem more clearly,the author builds the analytical framework of curriculum standards based on Bloom's educational target taxonomy(cognitive domain),and divides the content standard part of the new primary science curriculum standard into sub-areas.Analysis of the sections.In order to improve the understanding of curriculum standards by primary school science teachers through the analysis of the goals of the new curriculum standards.The main body of the study is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction.In the introduction part,it discusses six aspects of research origin,research significance,domestic and foreign literature review,research methods,research ideas and innovation points.The second part is the standard of elementary science curriculum.The author first discusses the teaching objectives and curriculum standards in China,and clarifies the logical structure of the learning objectives narrative,that is,the "ABCD" model of the national curriculum standard objectives.Furthermore,the structure of the standard target narrative of the science curriculum of the primary school is discussed.According to the difference of the target narrative structure,the learning objectives are divided into five different expression types.The third part is the classification of Bloom's educational goals.The author first outlines the history of the application of Bloom's educational target taxonomy in China.This historical process was discussed in 2001,and a detailed introduction to the revised version of Bloom's educational taxonomy was given..Through the interpretation of the theory,it finds the connection point with the logical structure ofthe narrative of the curriculum standards in China,and provides the theoretical basis for the following research.The fourth part is the analysis of the standard of elementary science curriculum.Firstly,according to Bloom's educational goal classification theory,the author constructs the framework of the scientific curriculum standard analysis of primary school.The key link of the framework construction is to list the cognitive dimension and the curriculum verb conversion table,the knowledge dimension and the curriculum noun conversion table.The verbs and nouns in the standard learning objectives of the primary school science curriculum are extracted,and then they are transformed with the corresponding relationship between the cognitive dimension and the knowledge dimension of the Bloom educational goal classification,and the constructed analytical framework is used to divide the field and the sub-study.The segment performs quantitative statistics on cognitive dimensions,knowledge dimensions,and learning goal dimensions.The fifth part is the conclusion and enlightenment of the research.The results of the analysis of the standard content standards of the curriculum and sub-semester show that:(1)Teaching in the field of technology and engineering is the breakthrough point of the curriculum reform of the primary school,which is embodied in the cultivation of high-level cognitive ability in its target design.(2)The primary school science curriculum standards have different emphasis on the teaching objectives of different learning areas,and there are differences in the types of dominant objectives that are prominent in the traditional primary school science teaching target areas.Specifically,the target type in the field of material science focuses on memorizing conceptual knowledge,and the target type in the field of life science focuses on understanding factual knowledge.The target type in the field of earth and space science focuses on memorizing factual knowledge.(3)The types of teaching objectives in different sections of the primary science curriculum standard are balanced,and the differences in the objectives of the three sections of low,medium and high are reflected in quantity rather than type.The revelation part reflects on theinsufficiency of this research and the enlightenment of the research conclusions on the science teaching of primary schools.
