With the reform of education system,the setting and requirements of science curriculum in primary school are constantly changing,which is more and more important for the formation of students' scientific literacy.In order to further strengthen primary science education,the National Ministry of Education officially issued the Science Curriculum Standard for compulsory primary education on February 15,2017,which is a huge revision and improvement since the release of curriculum standards issued in 2001.The new curriculum not only adds technology and engineering,social and environmental responsibilities,but also adds grades 1-2,making the stage knowledge more detailed.The return of science in the first and second grade of primary school is one of the most critical and important changes in the new curriculum standards.So at the beginning of the new curriculum standards,the return of the first and second grades of primary school in the implementation of primary science exactly what? Therefore,to study the current situation of the implementation of the low-school science section in primary schools,we can understand the actual situation and effect of the implementation of the new curriculum standards in schools to the low-school science education work,and then find out whether there are some problems that are not adaptive or need to be improved in the process of implementation and promotion,so as to clarify the key problems and try to analyze the development countermeasures,so as to promote the reform of the primary science curriculum,and enrich the relevant research theories of the current situation of science education in China.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey and observation,this study selected some teachers and students in Shijiazhuang as the research object,to understand the implementation of science low-school section in Shijiazhuang primary school,collate the current situation of data analysis,find out the problems,analyze the main influencing factors,and finally give the effective implementation countermeasures.The main content of this study consists of the following parts: the first partmainly includes the question of the implementation of the low school section of primary school science under the new curriculum standard,the significance of the research,the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of the research,and the innovation of this study.The second part is an overview of the implementation of the primary school science low school section under the new curriculum standard,including the definition of relevant concepts,the characteristics of students in the low school section,and the theoretical basis of the research.The third part investigates the implementation of the science low school section of Shijiazhuang primary school under the new curriculum standard,and analyzes it from four aspects: school,teacher,student and parent.The fourth part aims at the investigation result understanding present situation,analyzes the present existence question.The third part aims at the existing problems and analyzes its influencing factors.The fifth part puts forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the effective implementation of the primary school science low school section.hope that through the research of this topic,it can provide some inspiration for schools and teachers who encounter problems.At the same time,it plays a role in fully implementing the new curriculum standards and promoting the development of science education in primary schools.
