Preschool education is the foundation of human education,and effective curriculum is the premise of education.In the field of preschool education,the role of curriculum cannot be ignored.The course is the planning and design of education goal,teaching content and teaching activity mode,as well as the sum of the implementation process of activity plan,activity scheme and other aspects.The curriculum leadership determines the curriculum quality of the whole kindergarten,while the curriculum reform of the kindergarten affects the quality of children's education.This study adopts questionnaire method,interview method tries to kindergarten curriculum combined with leadership,from the leadership,combined with the education management and leadership studies,to explore new perspective to investigate the status quo,explore the high level of kindergarten curriculum leadership of the kindergarten curriculum leadership,the kindergarten in dalian area network questionnaire survey of status quo of curriculum leadership,selected from the results of the survey data from a nationally representative sample of the kindergarten in-depth interviews,to analyze its strengths and weaknesses.This paper introduces the kindergarten in dalian region and corresponds to the garden of the teacher questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of kindergarten curriculum leadership and puts forward effective promotion strategy,help kindergarten and teachers to understand the course construction and implementation of the responsibility and obligation,to the kindergarten in the kindergarten curriculum construction and implementation to raise their ability of curriculum leadership provides referential experience,so as to deepen the kindergarten curriculum areas,knowledge on the relevant theories of curriculum leadership.To a certain extent,it summarizes the experience that can be used for reference for kindergarten principals and teachers who are implementing kindergarten-based curriculum,helps principals and teachers to define the framework of curriculum leadership connotation and enriches the empirical research on curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals in China.
