Followed by the in-depth curriculum reformation and curriculum problem's research, all kinds of deep problems appear which hide behind the curriculum. The research of curriculum leadership also appears from the research of Curriculum Management. Any formal curriculum reformation has been conducted by leadership. The school-based curriculum development has also become the common subject. As a new idea of curriculum practice, the curriculum leadership emphasizes cooperation, communication, democracy and openness, which is in accordance with the idea of the kindergarten-based curriculum development. The early childhood education, an indispensable part of fundamental education, also encounters the challenge of reform which stresses the practicality of curriculum objectives, the democracy of curriculum decision-making, and the choosing and generating curriculum according to the needs of kindergarten, teacher and infant. Facing the tide of the reform in this changing world, The kindergarten 1eaders should take the responsibility to cope with the factors coordinately both inside and outside the kindergarten and to guide the curriculum reform so as to guarantee the implement of the kindergarten-based curriculum. In doing so, they should depend on the specific teaching practice in the kindergarten and rely on the authority of their professional skills and their individual charm.The use of case studies of the way, went to kindergarten curriculum in practice, through the show and director of kindergarten curriculum leadership of the true situation, the principal curriculum leadership to find the difficulties faced its analysis of why and make the appropriate solution.The first parts of the problem form the source.
