The four important features of the basic public service development of pre-school education are: the "the public,the universality,the basic,the development",mainly by the government and the financial support.In particular,the rural areas with low local financial income,the basic and the basic of the pre-school education are the basic foothold of the development of the pre-school education.As the main implementer of the rural pre-school education,the rural early-school teachers have made great contributions to the development of the rural pre-school education.Pay close attention to the professional development of the rural early-school teachers and improve the stable construction of the teachers' teaching staff in the rural areas.The urgent task of developing rural preschool education.Using questionnaire method,510 rural preschool teachers were studied on the status quo and relationship of motivation,job satisfaction and long-term willingness to teach.The questionnaire consists of four parts: basic demographic variables,teaching motivation,job satisfaction and long-term willingness to teach.The results are as follows:(1)from the analysis of teaching motivation and demographic variables in rural preschool teachers,we can see that there are significant differences in each dimension of the motivation of rural preschool teachers in terms of source of students,monthly income and teaching age;(2)the analysis of rural preschool teachers' long-term willingness to teach and demographic variables shows that there are significant differences among different educational types,places of origin,graduation majors,educational level,working experience,income and teaching age in the long-term willingness to teach;(3)there is a significant positive correlation among rural preschool teachers' motivation for teaching,job satisfaction,and long-term willingness to teach,and rural preschool teachers' job satisfaction is related to teaching motivation and long-term willingness to teach.There are somemediating roles in the intention of teaching.
