With the continuous development of the society,the country attaches more and more importance to the development of preschool education,and colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the development of preschool preschool education.The professional commitment and learning satisfaction affect whether he is willing or engaged in a preschool teacher career after graduation.This study explores the potential relationship between professional commitment,learning satisfaction,and willingness to teach in preschool education majors,in order to improve the level of willingness to teach in preschool education majors,and to provide a theoretical basis for pre-school preschool teachers' education.In this study,a total of 1763 preschool education programs were conducted in three undergraduate colleges in Liaoning Province by using the "Professional Commitment Scale for College Students" compiled by Lian Rong,the "Study Satisfaction Scale for Preschool Education Majors" and the "Desire for Preschool Education Majors".Professional students conduct a questionnaire survey to explore the relationship between professional commitment,learning satisfaction,and willingness to teach in preschool education.The research results show that(1)the professional commitment of preschool education students is at a medium level,the learning satisfaction is at a high level,and the level of willingness to teach is at a moderately high level;(2)the professional commitment,learning satisfaction,and willingness to teach of preschool education students There are significant differences in demographics.(3)The total score of professional commitment and learning satisfaction among preschool students and the dimensions,the total score of professional commitment and willingness to teach and the dimensions,the total score of learning satisfaction and willingness to teach,and the dimensions There are significant positive correlations;(4)Professional commitment and learning satisfaction have significant predictive effects on the willingness to teach;professional commitment has a significant predictive effect on learning satisfaction;standardized commitment,ideal commitment,teacher teaching,and teaching management are important predictive variables for teaching willingness.Learning satisfaction plays a part of the mediating role between professional commitment and willingness to teach.The mediating role of teaching management is the strongest.According to the research results,suggestions are made:(1)Pay attention to the learning dynamics of sophomores and increase their interest in learning;(2)Strengthen the educational concepts of senior high school students and improve their professional identity;(3)Improve the quality of apprenticeships and study activities and establish career ideals;(4)Emphasize teaching Manage work and create a learning atmosphere.
