With the education reform developing continuously, the exploitation and developments of the curriculum resource became a key point of new foundation education curriculum reform. It is not only the tendency of educational reform in the future, but also the important guarantee for implementing new curriculum. At present, the educational circles' studies on the exploitation and development of the curriculum resource are mostly literature review. However, in other disciplines, particularly physical education teaching realms, the researches on the exploitation and development of the curriculum resource are more needy. The experimental research on this subject has not been discovered yet. After illustrating the concept, classification, carrier, characteristics of physical education curriculum resource and the importance and necessity of the exploitation and development of the curriculum resources, we will carry out the research by investigations and experiments. The investigation is mainly carried on the 17 cities of physical education teachers and students of Shandong Province by questionnaires, to analyze the present condition of the exploitation and development of the curriculum resource in high schools. This study mainly focuses on the experimental part, and will discuss the influence of the exploitation and development of the curriculum resource on high school students' physical education learning interest. By comparing physical education learning interest and sports enjoyment of experimental classes with that of the contrastive classes in different parts and cities of various levels in Shandong Province, The experimental object is Grade two students (438 in total) in high school. We will choose a school respectively in the downtown and countryside of the province experimental region ( Jinan and Heze ) , and choose two classes with the same level at each school, immediately ascertain as the experimental class and the contrastive class, and carry on 16 courses of physical education teaching experiment about the exploitation and development of the course resource. The research proves the positive influence of the experiment on students' physical education learning interest, thus provides theoretical bases and empirical references for the study on physical education curriculum resource.The results of the investigation and experiment show as follows:1 Students are important curriculum resource. The fact that the students likesports but do not like physical education course provides the flexibility for the exploitation and development of the curriculum resource.2 Teachers are the developer of the curriculum resource. But some physical education teachers have a weak consciousness of curriculum resource, thus we should pay more attention to the cultivation of their consciousness of curriculum resource.3 The reasonable exploitation and development the physical education curriculum resources can effectively arouse in students' physical education learning interest and promote their sports enjoyment.4 There are no regional differences of the influence of the exploitation and development of physical education curriculum resource on the high school students' physical education learning interest, namely as long as any region reasonably exploits and develops the physical education curriculum resource, there can be positive influence on the high school students' physical education learning interest.5 The influences of the exploitation and development of physical education curriculum resource on the high school students' physical education learning interest and sports enjoyment between cities and countryside are different. The influence on countryside students is greater than city.6 The exploitation and development of the physical education curriculum resource can improve the participation and the attention to sports of high school students and promote their change toward the new study method (cooperation, investigation, independence).7 There is positively related linear relation between the physical education learnin...
