Gymnastics compulsory courses are a very important course in college physical education.With the development of society and the continuous development of people,college gymnastics compulsory courses should advance with the times,adapt to reality,improve efficiency,adapt to the development needs of students,and improve practicality.Therefore,it is of positive and practical significance to study the current situation of college gymnastics compulsory courses in Liaoning Province and deepen the reform of college gymnastics compulsory courses in Liaoning Province.This paper takes the current situation of gymnastics compulsory courses in 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the research object,through literature methods,expert interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,mathematical statistics methods and other research methods.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of gymnastics compulsory courses in colleges and universities of Liaoning Province.Through comparative analysis,this paper finds out the shortcomings in the teaching of gymnastics compulsory courses in six colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,and provides reference for the more practical reform of gymnastics compulsory teaching.Through the comprehensive investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The teaching content of gymnastics compulsory courses in 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province is unreasonable and cannot meet the needs of society and student development.(2)The goal of gymnastics course for physical education majors in 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province is not perfect.(3)The gender ratio of male and female gymnastics teachers in 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province is not balanced.The male teachers are many times larger than female teachers.The gap is relatively large and the age structure is relatively reasonable.However,the number of gymnastics teachers going out for training is small,and the number of highly educated students is also less.(4)The number of students and students of gymnastics teachers in 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province is mainly based on the students in the province,and there are fewer students from other provinces.(5)The number of semester of 6 universities in Liaoning Province is different,up to 4 semesters,at least 2 semesters,and the total number of hours of gymnastics compulsory courses in 6 colleges is less.(6)The gymnastics teaching materials of 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province were not updated in time.(7)In the survey of gymnastics courses in 6 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,the main assessment methods include theory,technology and usual performance.The theoretical examinations are all based on written examinations.The technical examinations are based on the basic movements.The assessment of practice and teaching ability is not enough.The evaluation method is mainly the combination of procedural and summative evaluation.(8)According to the survey,the top three commonly used teaching methods adopted by the six universities in Liaoning Province are to explain the model method,the decomposition practice method,the patrol correction correction method,and the teaching method is single.(9)In the six universities in Liaoning Province that were investigated,most teachers and students were dissatisfied with the existing facilities of the school.Many of the equipments in the school were relatively old,some equipment could not be used normally,and there was no update or repair.Gymnastics The layout of the museum is unreasonable,and the gymnasium has many uses.The following suggestions are put forward for the above problems:(1)Pay attention to the study of gymnastics teaching and arrange the gymnastics teaching content reasonably.(2)Optimize the goal of gymnastics compulsory course for physical education majors.(3)Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of gymnastics teachers.(4)Change the inaccurate positioning of the enrollment gymnastics teachers and students.(5)Increase the number of hours and semester of gymnastics compulsory courses(6)Update the gymnastics teaching materials in time.(7)Reasonable use of teaching methods.(8)Achieve diversity in assessment and evaluation.(9)Increase investment in gymnasium equipment and facilities.
