Gymnastics is an important component part of physical education in our country,at all levels of various occupies an important place in the school sports teaching contents,school sports in China ever since the dawn of physical education and health curriculum,gymnastics class curriculum has been an important subject in sports and health courses.Gymnastics class curriculum content is rich,various forms and to promote students' physical,psychological,social comprehensive health development plays an important role.By reading literature,and visiting survey found that the compulsory education?sports and health curriculum standards(2011 edition)?for the teaching of gymnastics class curriculum content,there is no specific provision in the lesson hours,evaluation,gymnastics class content includes basic gymnastics,the instrument gymnastics,light equipment,supporting techniques,queue jumping,fitted formation,rhythm and dancing,utility class gymnastics,all kinds of schools at all levels in the?sports and health course?gymnastics class choice of teaching content,teacher,lesson hours arrangements with conditions such as different.In view of this,this article to Huangshan city elementary school gymnastics class curriculum teaching present situation as the research object,select 12 school,Uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the current situation of Huangshan city elementary school gymnastics class curriculum teaching investigation and analysis,conclusion is as follows:(1)The gender Huangshan city elementary school physical education teachers in the majority with male teachers,widely distributed in 31 to 50 years old,between young teachers is less,record of formal schooling is given priority to with college and university,before work of sport-specific 82.92%as the track and field and ball,gymnastics special physical education teachers accounted for only 2.44%.Also very lack of full-time physical education teachers,physical education and health curriculum by other teacher part-time phenomenon is widespread,even with the principal of physical education teachers.(2)The Huangshan city primary school to carry out good,basic gymnastics,gymnastics class content is queue formation,light instrument gymnastics,rhythm and dance mat skills.Instrument gymnastics,the strut jumps,utility class to carry out the situation is not optimistic.(3)The level of Huangshan city elementary school?sports and health course?class hour for 4 hours a week,level 2 and level 3 weeks classes for 3 hours.Huangshan city elementary school?sports and health course?gymnastics classes a semester class is given priority to with 6 to 8 hours,and?sports and health course?compared to the Suggestions in the teachers'book class,gymnastics class curriculum deviate significantly less.(4)The Huangshan city elementary school physical education teachers in teaching gymnastics classes by using teaching method is more explanation,demonstration,correct mistakes,games,and game method,decomposition method and complete method,exploring teaching method,heuristic method of teaching,cooperative teaching method with less.Teaching means the most to the use of the traditional teaching means,modernized teaching means use less.(5)Using the evaluation content of gymnastics class curriculum evaluation,the first is the attitude and participation,the second is the fitness,the third is the knowledge and skills,the fourth is feeling.Evaluation method mainly for qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation.The main body of evaluation are mainly composed of teacher evaluation.(6)Huangshan city 83.33%of elementary schools have no regular sports venues,100%of elementary schools has not been equipped with a horizontal ladder,climbing,climbing pole,most schools lack of goats,vaulting box,ribs,gymnastics rods,and equipment is obsolete,use less.Most schools are equipped with gymnastics pad,horizontal bar,parallel bars,but gymnastics pad quantity is insufficient,some villages and towns school has not been equipped.with a horizontal bar,parallel bars.Overall reflect the very lack of Huangshan city elementary school gym and sports venues.(7)Huangshan city primary school leaders and PE teachers on students' safety problem is very seriously,the PE teachers' sense of responsibility strong,students accident injury insurance,accidental injury medical treatment insurance,the school liability insurance is very perfect,coverage rate of 100%.On the influencing factors of Huangshan city elementary school gymnastics teaching,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Specific as follows:(1)To strengthen the construction of primary school physical education teachers team,or sports teachers.Encourage sports professional teachers to "teach" the way to the shortage of teachers of the school as a part-time teacher recruitment,government purchase services to the public through a variety of ways and methods,such as to enrich the physical education teachers team.Gymnastics through training,further education,strengthen the physical education teachers professional skills and theoretical knowledge.(2)The reasonable choice of gymnastics teaching content,cannot ignore instrument gymnastics teaching and support jump,according to the elementary student's physical and mental characteristics,can decrease the instrument gymnastics,strut jumps,the difficulty of the mat skills practice,combined with the game,make the gymnastics learning more interesting.(3)Increasing gymnastics class curriculum classes,level 1 and level 2 gymnastics class curriculum includes five gymnastics class content,level three gymnastics class curriculum includes seven gymnastics class content,gymnastics classes each semester class number to reach more than 10 hours,to satisfy the development of gymnastics class curriculum.(4)Pay attention to the reasonable use of a variety of teaching methods in gymnastics class curriculum teaching in training students' ability of autonomous learning,innovation and cooperation.Using the modern teaching means,stimulate students interest in learning gymnastics,improve the effect of gymnastics teaching.(5)Gradually improve gymnastics teaching evaluation system,make the evaluation more standardized.Diversification of evaluation content,variety of evaluation methods in parallel,the diversification of evaluation ways of evaluation.Teachers should pay more attention to the subject status of students in learning,to take the student as the center,in the process of evaluation to promote students' all-round development of body and mind.(6)Leadership needs to pay attention to gymnastics teaching,increase the school sports funds in gymnastics venue and equipment invest ment,improving gymnastics venue facilities and equipment.Encourage teachers and bold innovation,the use of existing space and resources,develop various venues and equipment suitable for gymnastics teaching.
