The university stage is the key stage of self-control development.In this period,it is imperative to cultivate college students’ self-control,which is conducive to personal development and adaptation to the social environment.In the history of self-control theory,self-control is related to "mental activity and behavior".With the development of society,sports as a healthy way of life,more and more people’s attention.As one of the traditional cultures of the Chinese nation,fitness Qigong can control one’s own psychology and behavior,so as to improve psychological activities and behaviors.At the same time,the essence of "heart regulation" in fitness Qigong is to regulate people’s thinking and consciousness,that is,to correctly understand the objective law to maintain mental health,to control their own psychology and behavior,so as to improve and adjust their psychological activities and behaviors.This is consistent with the regulation of psychological activities and behaviors in the self-control mechanism.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of fitness Qigong on self-control ability of college students.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of fitness Qigong Baduanjin on college students’ self-control,as well as the differences in the impact of impulse control,health habits,focus on work,resistance to temptation,and moderation in entertainment during Baduanjin exercise,and to analyze the reasons behind its effects.In this study,through the 12-week fitness Qigong Baduanjin practice intervention,explore the positive impact on the self-control of college students in the five dimensions of impulse control,healthy habits,focus on work,resist temptation,control of entertainment,and analyze the impact of fitness Qigong Baduanjin on the five dimensions of self-control of college students.It provides an effective means and method for improving the self-control of college students by using the Baduanjin exercise of bodybuilding Qigong in the future,and enriche the theoretical and practical basis of the influence of bodybuilding Qigong Baduanjin on self-control ability.In this paper,combined with literature and expert interviews,the design of fitness Qigong Baduanjin intervention of college students self-control experiment,through the experimental research,the experimental data of mathematical statistics collation and analysis,in order to summarize,conclude and analyze how fitness Qigong Baduanjin has an impact on college students self-control.After 12 weeks of fitness Qigong Baduanjin intervention,the experimental group of college students in self-control impulse control,healthy habits,focus on work and resist temptation of four dimensions of the test results are better than the control group,fitness Qigong Baduanjin has a significant impact on these four dimensions.In the dimension of impulse control,before and after the experiment,the control group had20.23±4.7 and 25.03±3.01(P value less than 0.05),indicating a more significant difference in scores between the experimental group and the control group.In the dimension of health habits,8.83±1.64 and 11.27±2.29 before and after the experiment(P value less than 0.05),indicating a more significant difference in scores between the experimental group and the control group.In the focus dimension: before and after the experiment,the control group had 8.00±1.34 and 10.50±1.66(P value less than 0.05),indicating a more significant difference in scores between the experimental group and the control group.In the dimension of resisting temptation: before and after the experiment,10.73±1.72,13.97±1.22(P value less than 0.05),indicating a more significant difference in scores between the experimental group and the control group.However,the fitness Qigong Baduanjin intervention had no significant difference on the self-control entertainment dimension of 10.73±1.72,13.97±1.22(P value greater than 0.05).The exercise of Fitness Qigong Baduanjin has a positive impact on four dimensions of self-control among college students: impulse control,health habits,focus on work,and resistance to temptation,but its effect on the dimension of moderation and entertainment is not significant.
