| In recent years,the issue of "college student entrepreneurship" has been highly concerned and set up a hot topic for everyone to discuss.The state and local governments have also issued many relevant documents and policies to support college students’entrepreneurship,which also shows that the state attaches importance to college students’entrepreneurship.There is no doubt that in this critical period of economic transformation and upgrading,in the face of the increasingly severe employment situation of college students in popular higher education,it is wise to use entrepreneurship to promote employment and employment to promote economic and social development.As the main place for college students to receive higher education,colleges and universities are also the key period for college students to sprout entrepreneurial willingness,generate entrepreneurial ideas,and start a business.Therefore,the University’s support to college students entrepreneurship has a major impact on college students’entrepreneurship.At present,many colleges and universities are also actively corresponding to the national and local government entrepreneurship policies for college students.However,the start-up work of universities in China started late,and many entrepreneurial work has certain problems.Based on this,the author chose B University as a case study,and studied the college students’ entrepreneurship support system of B University through questionnaire survey and interview,using SPSS software as the main analysis tool.It mainly studies from the four dimensions of college student entrepreneurship teaching management support,college student entrepreneurship funding support,college student entrepreneurship support,and college student entrepreneurship education support.The research idea is mainly to investigate the current situation→analyze the problem→solve the problem.The study found that the B University college students’entrepreneurship support system is more comprehensive,but there are still several problems:First,there are compulsory credits for entrepreneurial teaching management support,and students’ own interests are ignored;Lack of awareness and implementation of entrepreneurship policies;Lack of professional entrepreneurship managers.Second,in terms of support for venture capital,the venture capital policy is not understood;On the source of venture capital,school venture capital is not the first choice for venture students,and it has not played its proper role.On the strength of capital support for entrepreneurship,financial support is not strong enough.On the financing channel of venture capital,there are few channels;The coverage of entrepreneurial funds is low.Third,in the area of entrepreneurial site support,college students do not understand the entrepreneurial site,and the help situation is not good;Limited entrepreneurial space and small space;Lack of preferential treatment for entrepreneurial sites;Entrepreneurship projects are too low-end;The preferential policies for entrepreneurial sites have not been implemented.Fourth,in the field of entrepreneurship education,there are some shortcomings in the teachers who teach entrepreneurship in our school.The teaching philosophy of teachers in our school is backward,the entrepreneurial teachers in our school lack enthusiasm,and the entrepreneurial teachers in our school lack entrepreneurial actual experience.There are not enough external teachers to meet the needs of entrepreneurial students;Entrepreneurship education is formalized and the effect is not good;The teaching content of entrepreneurship education is theoretical and lacks practicality;There is a tradition of entrepreneurial teaching,and innovative teaching methods are not recognized.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization measures from the above four aspects to further improve the college student entrepreneurship support system.The first is entrepreneurship teaching management,the school should change the concept of entrepreneurship teaching management;Improve the entrepreneurship education training programme;Selection and training of professional entrepreneurship managers;The promotion of university students’entrepreneurship policy has been put in place.Second,in the area of venture capital,the promotion of venture capital policies should be increased to support the promotion of venture capital policies.Broaden the financing channel of venture capital;We will increase funding support for business start-ups.We will expand the coverage of venture capital.Third,in the area of entrepreneurship,the school should increase the promotion of entrepreneurship parks;Clarify the location of the GEM;We will earnestly implement the relevant support policies for the GEM;Provide guidance and services for the operation of the GEM;We will improve the management and supervision mechanism for entrepreneurial sites.The fourth is to update the concept of entrepreneurship education in entrepreneurship education;Strengthening the construction of entrepreneurship teachers;Improve the content of entrepreneurship education courses;Innovation of teaching methods of entrepreneurship education and so on. |
