Research On The Construction And Operation Of The Family Committee Of The Kindergarten Class

As a bridge for communication between home and Kindergarten,the Kindergarten Parents Committee has been applied under the advocacy of the concept of open education in the country and has become the focus of many educational researchers.Many kindergartens set up parent committees to coordinate the development of children's development and encourage parents to supervise the education and teaching work in the Kindergarten.As a teacher in Kindergarten,from my working experience,I found that the kindergarten parent committee had many problems in the process of its construction and operation.Therefore,the three public kindergartens in Shinan District,Qingdao City,Shandong Province were used as survey objects,and the questionnaires and interviews were used to conduct on relating teachers and parents.The survey found that although both teachers and parents have realized the value of the parent committee,the understanding is relatively one-sided and not profound enough,which affects the effectiveness of the kindergarten committee.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview content,the author also summarizes Problems encountered during the construction and operation of the parent committee,including irregular election procedures,imperfect systems,lack of regulatory evaluation,lack of activity content,poor program planning,unclear goals,and low parental participation.Then,the author analyzes the reasons from the two levels of kindergarten and parents.Among them,the kindergarten level includes the lack of education democratization,lack of institutional construction for the kindergarten parent committee,teachers not paying enough attention to the formation of the parent committee,and lack of corresponding Supervision and evaluation of incentives,the parental level includes the concept of collaborative education is not advanced,lack of initiative and responsibility awareness,the exploitation and utilization of social resources is insufficient,and the communication path between homes is single;finally,combined with the one-year teaching practice,the author proposes A set of effective strategiesto solve the problem of inefficient construction and operation of the kindergarten parent committee.Among them,the effective construction strategy includes three aspects: standardizing the establishment process,defining the organizational structure,and ensuring the role of the main body.The effective operation strategy includes standardizing the organization,defining the scope of work,deepening understanding,and establishing communication mechanisms,I hope to provide some reference and reference for the establishment and operation of kindergarten parent committees in the future.
