The so-called self-management ability mainly refers to the ability of the educated to give full play to their subjective initiative and control their own thoughts and behaviors according to certain social goals.The cultivation of self-management ability is a process of self-discipline and endogenesis.And primary school students due to their age,knowledge is relatively scarce,especially most of them are only children,which makes their independent living ability development is not ideal,in many cases they tend towards overly self-centered,self-management ability are scarce and a series of problems are increasingly apparent.From the perspective of combining theory with practice,this paper takes the senior students of S primary school in JN city as the research object,and adopts various methods such as literature query,investigation and research,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and comparative analysis.Questionnaire survey,data collection and collation were conducted on senior students of this school,and some discussions were made on how to cultivate their self-management ability.This can not only make our primary school students have a new understanding of the importance of cultivating self-management ability,but also can understand their own level of self-management ability,so as to accurately position themselves.At the same time,through the research can also help teachers have a more accurate and scientific understanding of self-management ability,so as to enhance their awareness of the necessity of cultivating students’ self-management ability.The content mainly includes the following aspects:The first part,introduction.The research background and significance of this paper,the research status of self-management ability at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and research contents used in the process of writing this paper are summarized.The second part,the elementary student self-management ability outline.This part mainly defines some related concepts involved in the research and sorts out the theories related to the related paper research.The third part introduces the current situation of self-management ability development of senior students in Jinan S primary school.The data were collected and analyzed through questionnaire survey,and the status quo of self-management of senior primary school students was understood.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the self-management of senior students in S primary school.By means of questionnaire survey and interview and conversation,this paper finds out the problems existing in the self-management of the senior students of this school,and then makes a scientific analysis of the existing problems.Finally,based on the previous analysis,this paper proposes corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the self-management ability of senior students in JN city XX primary school.
