With the continuous advancement of the new round of curriculum reform,cooperative learning has received more and more attention.High school mathematics teachers are increasingly using cooperative learning,and cooperative learning has become a very common way of attending classes.Cooperative learning can not only improve students' enthusiasm for learning mathematics,but also be a good way to strengthen communication between students.However,due to the lack of understanding of cooperative learning by teachers and students,many times,cooperative learning is in the form of a surface,and does not really play its proper role.Especially in mathematics cooperative learning,the efficiency of eugenics tutors is relatively low and does not achieve the desired results.This thesis studies the process of high school mathematics cooperative learning,especially the process of eugenics tutoring students,the problems of mathematics teachers and students,and the corresponding teaching process to propose the corresponding eugenics tutoring efficiency Methods and strategies to help improve the efficiency of collaborative learning and the enthusiasm of students to learn mathematics.Therefore,the analysis of the reasons for the low efficiency of high school mathematics cooperative learning and eugenics students is a worthy research topic.This thesis firstly investigates the current situation of high school mathematics cooperative learning eugenics and tutoring students.By understanding the performance of students and teachers in the cooperative learning process in the classroom,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of high school mathematics cooperative learning eugenics and tutoring students and prepares specific factors.Questionnaire.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 319 students from Taishan Middle School in Shandong Province,Feicheng No.3 Middle School,and Tai'an No.2 Middle School.The collected questionnaires were statistically analyzed and analyzed,which led to the possible problems in the process of high school mathematics cooperative learning.Based on these possible problems,students and teachers were interviewed separately to find out the reasons for these problems.Combining the two aspects of questionnaires and interviews,the following reasons are pointed out: In the process of high school mathematics cooperative learning,the reasons for the efficiency of eugenics counseling students are as follows: Teachers and students are not fully aware of the importance and theoretical understanding of cooperative inquiry,the irrational grouping of teachers to students,the fact that teachers do not have a reasonable division of labor for members of the group,the enthusiasm of high school students to participate in cooperative inquiry activities,and the cooperation of teachers.The content is lack of science,teachers and students are not adequately prepared for collaborative inquiry,when they are engaged in collaborative exploration,objective conditions are limited,and teachers' counseling for class eugenics is insufficient.Aiming at the above reasons,combined with the actual situation of high school mathematics classroom,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of eugenics tutoring students in the process of group cooperative learning:strengthen the study of teachers and students on the theory of classroom cooperation inquiry,and carefully set up team cooperation exploration.Content,improve teachers' teaching skills,teachers should prepare lessons adequately,carefully select cooperation exploration content,select typical question types,reduce homework,reserve pre-study time for students,create a positive cooperative inquiry environment,and give students reasonable grouping and cooperation.Before the inquiry,do a good job in the division of labor,guidance,and teaching students to work together.Finally,combined with the corresponding strategies and actual teaching situation,the general procedures for group learning and eugenics to guide students with learning difficulties are summarized,and specific teaching cases are attached for reference.
