In contemporary society,team awareness and cooperation awareness are the basic requirements of the new talents;Participation in cooperation,effective cooperation and multi-win should be the mainstream of social value orientation.They are best represented by Group Cooperative learning in education and teaching.Experts at home and abroad and teachers are all concerned about this way of learning.With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,how to stimulate students' interest in learning and learning enthusiasm in the teaching process,how to improve students' thinking and learning efficiency,and how to meet the needs of students with different basic levels so as not to undersupply or oversupply,becomes the subject to which classroom teachers need to pay full attention.The research of this learning method was carried out in the early nineties of the last century,Until now,educators are still revising and improving the Group Cooperative Learning mode.The author integrates his insight into the Group Cooperative Learning mode and the efforts of pioneers,and applies the revised mode to daily teaching,hoping to boost traditional classroom teaching.This paper first discusses the research background,purpose,significance and current research situation of Group Cooperative Learning,applying such research methods as literature,questionnaire survey,observation and interview.It defines the cooperative group learning according to the characteristics of the subjects,and elaborates the theoretical basis of group cooperative learning,paving the way for the present study.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of some students in the three grades of Jingyu No.3 Middle School,this paper puts forward the practical teaching model of group cooperative learning and puts forward the principle and method of group cooperative learning.At the same time,it carries out a more comprehensive system of cooperative learning with cases and samples in junior middle school mathematics teaching,Finally,the investigation and interview results bear out that the group cooperative teaching model in JingyuNo.3 Middle School has significantly improved students' learning ability and achievement,raised the enthusiasm of students to learn,enhanced the sense of responsibility and the sense of cooperation of students.The paper finally comes to the conclusion and reflection,expecting to serve the frontline mathematics teachers reference.
