In the era of rapid development of science and technology, the ability of individuals is negligible, want to succeed, must want to teamwork.Cooperation ability is often more important than knowledge, in the quality education, to cultivate students "cooperation"consciousness and ability is particularly important.Cooperative learning group can keep up with the development of The Times, in the teaching to cultivate students ability to cooperate, lays the foundation for the sustainable development of students, and also can greatly improve the effect of mathematics classroom teaching, teachers can also result in a certain degree of "liberation", when mathematics classroom teaching so it is necessary to adopt cooperative learning group.Through the survey of group cooperative learning in our school and class study, found that the group cooperative learning in mathematics classroom today also is not very perfect,in the process of concrete operation still exist many problems, such as group cooperation study, students' cooperation consciousness is poor, the teacher don't understand the meaning of cooperation, too much emphasis on form of cooperation, not play the role of leader and partner in the cooperation, etc.Based on the group of mutual cooperation in the junior middle school mathematics teaching practice as the research content, through questionnaire survey, interviews, case analysis and other research methods, research work was carried out by the following four aspects:(1) survey mathematics problems in group cooperative learning, and analyzes its reason;(2) to explore math group cooperation study to optimize the teaching strategy;(3) to investigate the mathematics cooperative learning group effective solution;(4) the optimized group each group cooperative learning in mathematics teaching practice, the inspection and analysis its effect.Through the analysis of the result of the teaching practice, this paper draws the following conclusion: mathematics group cooperative learning teaching mode have significant advantages over the traditional teaching mode;Mathematical difference influence students' self-confidence, team cooperation learning habits, etc.;Different grade class in the same period, there are differences, group cooperative learning mathematics and optimization of cooperative learning strategy, cooperative learning to improve, to achieve efficient cooperative learning group;Mathematical group work in the same class period of different grade, academic performance ranked relatively stable, caused no significant change.On the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some Suggestions, hoping to of group cooperative learning theory and practice.
