The all-for-one tourism has arrived,and the development of the tourism industry has entered a new stage.The changes in the new format of all-for-one tourism have brought new challenges and higher requirements to the professional capabilities of tour guides.The training of talents’ professional ability is inseparable from school education.The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" proposes to deepen the reform of majors,courses,and teaching materials.Curriculum problems are the top priority of school education.Curriculum settings are the basic guarantee for the smooth development of curriculum.Whether the curriculum is reasonable aslo affects the quality of talent training.Therefore,the thesis focuses on the curriculum provision of tour guide service specialty in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,the literature method and field study method is used to complete the review of domestic and foreign literature and the definition of core concepts.Secondly,through interviews,surveyed travel agencies,scenic spots and other companies to complete the analysis of guide job positions,job tasks and professional ability,compared and analyzed the professional ability of tour guides in the context of traditional tourism and all-for-one tourism.The questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case study method,field study method are used to investigate the present situation of the curriculum provision of the case study school tour guide service.Based on the analysis of the talent training plan and the survey results of teachers and students,it is concluded that the problems of the curriculum provision of the L school tour guide service major are: Curriculum provision is not close to the demand of talents under the background of all-for-one tourism;the demand for talents in the context of curriculum integration is not close;compared with the national professional teaching criterion,the curriculum setup is inadequate;the curriculum cannot meet the needs of teachers and students.The main reasons for the problems are: The curriculum system is not well implemented,school-enterprise cooperation is not sufficient;the demand analysis oftour guides in the context of all-for-one tourism is inaccurate;The curriculum is guided by the qualification certificate of Tour Guide,and the school does not fully explore the regional and professional characteristics in the curriculum.The final research is based on theories of vocational education project courses,combined with the professional competence requirements of tour guides in the context of global tourism,and proposes a curriculum setting plan for the L school guide service profession from the following aspects: first,strengthening market demand research;second,accurately positioning training goals,Optimize the training specification description;the third is clearly to promote the overall development of students,and cultivate students’ lifelong learning ability as the curriculum provision direction;the fourth combines national standards and project curriculum theory to adjust the curriculum structure;the fifth combines the needs of talents in the context of global tourism and student needs adjust course content.
