Research On The Internal Support System Of Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,more and more higher vocational colleges regard the training of entrepreneurship talents as an important part of school talent training.In practice,the training of entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges not only needs to establish a perfect curriculum system for entrepreneurship education,but also needs to establish a support system for entrepreneurship education both inside and outside the school.The establishment and effective operation of the support system in the school plays an extremely important role in the training of entrepreneurship talents.From the perspective of entrepreneurship ecosystem theory,the training system,organizational management,teaching staff,entrepreneurship service and cultural environment are the five important elements(hereinafter referred to as the "five elements")of the school support system in Higher Vocational colleges,and the balanced role of the "five elements" is the important guarantee for the effective operation of the school support system.From the perspective of collaborative management theory,the realization of the goal of entrepreneurial organization in higher vocational colleges depends on the mutual communication between the organization and the outside world,and is committed to establishing a good cooperative and win-win relationship.Of course,in order to achieve the efficient operation of entrepreneurship education organizations,it is necessary to effectively integrate the various components of the organization,unify the objectives and form a joint force.It needs to be pointed out that although many positive attempts and achievements have been made in the construction and operation of the school support system of entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,there are still many problems.However,the existence of these problems restricts the effective achievement of the goal of talent cultivation in entrepreneurship education to a certain extent.In other words,if we can not accurately find the deficiencies in the operation of the school support system,and actively implement effective countermeasures,then it will be difficult for school entrepreneurship education to make further breakthroughs.Based on the theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education support system,this study explores the composition and operation of entrepreneurship education support system in Higher Vocational Colleges from five dimensions: training system,organizational management,teacher team,school service and cultural construction,and clarifies the role orientation and cooperation mechanism of each element.On this basis,it forms a basic judgment on the operation status of the school support system.And then put forward the corresponding improvement strategies to promote the further improvement of the quality of entrepreneurship education personnel training.
