With the rapid development of technologies such as computer technology and printing technology,illustrations are widely used in various fields of society,which provides various favorable conditions for the development of illustrations in Chinese textbooks of primary schools in China.As the second language of textbooks,textbook illustrations are important resources for Chinese language courses.Compared with the text,the content presented by the illustration and the teaching value it contains have a more profound impact on the students in the lower grades.This article takes the current edition of the primary school textbook(1-2 grades)and the enlightened Mandarin textbook(initial)as an example to compare,analyze and analyze the illustrations of these two textbooks.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter:explain the reason,content and significance of the research,clearly define the concept of the textbook and the concept of the illustrations involved in the text,and make a certain combing of the research results at home and abroad.On the basis of this,putting out the blank spots and weak points in the study of textbook illustrations which pointing out the direction for the research of this paper;The second chapter: this chapter summarizes the illustrations of Chinese textbooks in primary schools,mainly summarizes the origin and evolution of the illustrations of Chinese textbooks in primary schools,and the types and functions of illustrations in primary school textbooks.The third ? the fourth ? the fifth chapter: The two versions of the textbook illustrations are analyzed and compared from the concepts embodied in the textbook illustrations,the contents of the illustrations,and the presentation of the illustrations.The similarities and differences between the two editions in these aspects are summarized.The sixth chapter:summarize the comparative research results of the two editions of the textbook illustrations,sums up the advantages and disadvantages,and put forward the practical significance of comparative research?The seventh chapter:summarize the shortcomings of this research and put forward the prospects for the study of future textbook illustrations.In general,the two versions of textbook illustrations have similarities anddifferences in concept,content,and presentation.The common advantages of the two editions include: advocating the "people-oriented" educational concept,advocating the aesthetic concept of "children's heart first",and the two editions also have some shortcomings,such as: gender stereotypes of the characters' illustrations and so on.To this end,the practical significance of this research is mainly reflected in:providing theoretical reference for textbook editors,and providing reference for textbook users to learn from illustrations.
