Research On The Development Of Schools With Characteristics Of Campus Football In Shanghai From The Perspective Of Educational Ecology

In April 2009,the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports issued a notice on the development of campus football throughout the country.In June of the same year,the relevant experts of the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Sports discussed and drafted the Implementation Plan of the National Youth Campus Football Activities.On November 27,2014,the National Youth Campus Football Teleconference was held.The conference made it clear that the sports department would become the main force of campus football activities.It also put forward the development goals of campus football,such as supporting and building about 20,000 schools with school football characteristics and 200 high-level football teams in Colleges and universities nationwide.So far,the development of football has risen to "national strategy",and Chinese football has entered a new period of development.Under the call of the times,since the Ministry of Education announced the first batch of school football characteristic schools in 2015,the number of school football characteristic schools in Shanghai has reached 322.Under the background of the increasing number of football characteristic schools,from the perspective of educational ecology,this paper uses the relevant principles of educational ecology to understand the current situation of the development of campus football characteristic schools,find out the existing problems in the development process and put forward corresponding development countermeasures,so as to provide help and reference for the development of Shanghai campus football characteristic schools.From the perspective of educational ecology,using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and expert consultation,this paper investigates the current situation of the development of Shanghai campus football characteristic schools from the aspects of internal and external subjects and ecological environment in the process of school development.On the basis of questionnaire collation and consultation with relevant experts,this paper makes an investigation on the development of Shanghai campus football characteristic schools.The influencing factors of the development of characteristic schools are analyzed.The conclusion is as follows:1.In the development process of the main body within the ecosystem of characteristic schools of campus football,the source of football teachers is relatively single,the teaching innovation ability is not high,and the overall football skill level is not high;The importance of students' cultural curriculum is not high,so the academic performance of cultural curriculum needs to be improved.The construction of campus football leading group is relatively perfect,but there is a drawback of single division of responsibility and right in daily football teaching and management.2.The quality and quantity of school-based curriculum development are not good in the development process of the internal ecological environment of characteristic schools of campus football;The financial resources of campus football activities are unitary,teachers' occupational burnout is obvious and part of guarantee mechanism needs to be further strengthened.3.In the process of the development of the external ecological subject of the characteristic school of campus football,restricted by the joint management system,the internal subject composition is unreasonable,which is reflected in the lack of high-level retired football players.4.The overall development of the external ecological environment of the school with campus football characteristics is good,which is mainly reflected in the pleasant climate,profound football heritage,extensive football cultural exchanges,and strong government financial support.However,some areas are limited by remote geographical location and backward traffic conditions,resulting in poor development of the external ecological environment.5.Factors influencing the development of the ecosystem of Shanghai campus football featured schools mainly include factors of training and competition,organizational leadership,concept,condition guarantee and education and teaching.
