Pre-school education as a complicated system engineering, must be both family and the kindergarten through to assume the responsibility of the early childhood education, be short of one cannot, parents actively to participate in the activities of the kindergarten education can give children the consistency,continuity of education, ensure the harmonious development of children, can also help the parents to promote education ability, so as to further improve the quality of kindergarten education. However, from the present situation of parental involvement, father to participate in the proportion of is low. Since ancient times,our country is female,male,a traditional family division of labor idea,father is hard on the outside,the mother more is at home for family affairs,food and for children’s education and so on. In fact, in the process of education,the role of father and mother are not the same,both at the same time is indispensable,the lack of a father or mother in any kind of preschool education is not complete.Status in parents of preschool education in our country,the proportion of mothers occupy absolute advantage, father’s role in the early childhood education lack,seriously affected the show the value of the father’s role in preschool education in China.With China’s modern education system and the concept of perfection, more educators are calling for father as possible to participate in the children’s education to,on the one hand,the optimization of the role of our father in the absence of early childhood education,on the one hand,strengthen to enhance the overall quality of the preschool education in our country. In the course of this study,this paper on the domestic and foreign scholars in the father involvement of kindergarten education related literature collection,with the help of previous scholars, the research point of view, combined with the specific father questionnaire and interview outline issued comprehensive to our father in kindergarten education present situation are analyzed and discussed in this paper.Through the feedback of the current situation,the problems and causes of these problems are found out, and the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.In this article the research process, this article research mainly divided into four aspects: the first part is for the purpose of this article overview of the research content, further expounded in this paper, in the process of study in how a research background, through the study of this article can achieve what kind of purpose and meaning, and for domestic and foreign related research. the second part of the study design in the process of this study. The third part is for his father to participate in the kindergarten education present situation investigation, in the process of the present situation of the specific investigation, this paper mainly through the way of questionnaire and interview outline, main status feedback is given priority to with the questionnaire survey, through the detailed data feedback,provide the basis for further questions to find out. The fourth part is for his father to participate in the kindergarten education present situation analysis of the problems and reasons in which the third part of questionnaire feedback and interview outline as the basis, further establish the father from that and the problems existing in the kindergarten education present situation and reasons, in order to further offer Suggestions to improve optimization of the problem. The fifth part is the research results show that by this paper for a father before participating in the kindergarten education problems and the reasons of the status quo described, further put forward the father involved in the optimization tactics of the kindergarten education present situation. Through the study of this article the author aims to further promote the father for the father’s role in kindergarten education and the present situation of optimization, but also further promote the comprehensive promotion of early childhood education results of present China.
