A Practical Study Of Adolescent Drug Detoxification Under The Psychosocial Therapy Model

China had 2.553 million drug addicts by the end of 2017,with 56.2 percent of them under the age of 35,according to the 2017 China drug situation report released by the national narcotics control office.A wise youth makes a wise country;a strong youth makes a strong country.Teenagers are the backbone of the family and the future of the country.Only by thoroughly eradicating drugs,helping teenagers to get rid of drugs,and achieving physical and psychological freedom from drug addiction can families be harmonious,society be harmonious and the country be prosperous.Compulsory detoxification is the legal way of detoxification in China,which plays a great role in helping teenagers to physically detoxify,but it is difficult to eradicate teenagers' psychological addiction.Once teenagers return to the original environment,they are easy to relapse.Social work on the drug help teenagers have a lot of practice,also made a lot of achievements,especially the psychosocial treatment mode from the psychological,physiological,social three aspects combining with intervention teenagers drug,help teenagers to improve resilience "in the scene",improve the external social environment,to achieve from psychological addiction,is especially significant effect.This study takes the case of psychosocial treatment model involving adolescent drug rehabilitation as an example.Through the service skills and service process of this model,the case service is carried out for adolescent drug addicts with the goal of achieving psychological rehabilitation.The service process is divided into three parts.First,through the direct service skills,provide emotional support for the drug addicts,listen to the inner catharsis of the drug addicts,relieve the inner depression of the drug addicts,realize self-cognition,and restore inner peace and confidence.Secondly,through indirect service skills,the external social environment of drug addicts can be improved,such as the improvement of social support systems such as family,friends and work,so as to provide material instrumental support and informational support for drug addicts.Finally,we should explore the potential of drug addicts,enhance their self-realization and satisfaction,help others and help themselves,and achieve psychological rehabilitation.In the process of service intervention,using good psychosocial treatment model assumption,basic principles,service program and service skills,using the casemethod of social work to drug teenagers for service,and using the observation method,interview method,questionnaire method to the change of the teenagers,a profile of target and evaluation,the final summary and reflection.Psychosocial model can effectively help adolescents in psychological detoxification,but drug abuse is easy to relapse,the follow-up effect needs further tracking and improvement.
