The deviation problem faced by teenagers in China is becoming more and more serious.Adolescence is a special stage in life.During this period,children’s thoughts are making rapid progress and vigorous,and their increasingly independent consciousness is also urging them to become adults.However,their growth at this stage is full of difficulties and obstacles.They are eager to get rid of the dependence of adults,have a strong desire for independence,and gain respect through their own behavior.Because the mental development is not mature and the main way to deal with things is impulse and conflict,some teenagers have some deviant behaviors such as Internet addiction,school weariness,truancy and self destruction.These problems are also exacerbated by the unreasonable cognition of teenagers,bad peer groups and improper communication and interaction methods of families.In this context,Nanning Communist Youth League Committee has set up a social work group to help,through which social workers go to the village to visit the school leaving students of special schools,consolidate the effect at school,and intervene in the students with repeated deviant behavior after leaving school,so as to help these teenagers with deviant behavior correct their behavior,improve their self-cultivation and learn to solve problems positively.Taking advantage of this job opportunity,the author takes the problem of adolescent deviation as the starting point of the research,investigates the causes of adolescent deviation through unstructured interview,and carries out targeted case services.Xiao W,the service object studied in this paper,is a representative object.His deviant behaviors mainly include Internet addiction,theft,truancy and weariness,which have a bad impact on his studies and family.Through consulting relevant materials and in-depth communication with the case owner and his family,we found that the main causes of the case owner’s deviant behavior are self cognitive deviation,deviation in the way of family education,lack of moral education,legal education and mental health education,and poor living environment.The author uses the multi-dimensional intervention service process of psychosocial treatment model to organically combine the direct treatment of the case owner with the indirect treatment of the support network where the case owner is located,and divides the treatment process into three stages.The first stage is to correct the theft behavior of the case owner,the second stage is multi-dimensional intervention to correct the Internet addiction behavior of the case owner,and the third stage is to improve the problem of school weariness and truancy of the case owner.When using the psychosocial treatment model,the author found that the way of family education and social support network have an important impact on the growth process of teenagers.Reshaping the positive social support network is conducive to correcting the deviant behavior of the case owner,and looking for alternative behavior can effectively reduce the case owner’s Internet addiction behavior.However,the author also found that there are deficiencies in the practical process.The author’s personal ability and application technology need to be strengthened.For the lack of moral and legal education in the school where the case owner is located and the poor community environment,there is not enough strength to fully intervene.Therefore,the author proposes to strengthen the professional training of social workers in the use of psychosocial treatment mode and strengthen the family parent education of parents,collect more practical data for the psychosocial treatment model,and provide some reference for the correction of adolescent deviant behavior. |
