Among the patients with diabetes in China, type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is the main type(>90%).Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic endocrine disorder characterized by long-term interaction between genetic and environmental factors, with metabolic disorders, elevated blood sugar, and abnormal blood lipids. With the in-depth study of diabetes prevention and treatment, diabetes comprehensive treatment has been increased to five aspects, namely diet therapy, exercise therapy, drug therapy, diabetes education and blood glucose monitoring. The treatment of diabetes(diabetes mellitus,DM)is currently recognized as a basic measure of diabetes treatment.Diabetic vascular disease is the main complication of diabetic patients. In this paper, lateral contrast experiments were carried out with different intensity and different metabolic types of exercise. Methods: This study mastered the changes in the pathogenesis, predisposing factors, and glycolipids of type 2 diabetes by studying the basic knowledge of type 2 diabetes, exercise physiology, sports health, and exercise training.According to the idea of exercising prescription, the appropriate exercising immediately, exercise period, heart rate during exercise, exercise plan and number of groups are determined. The above factors are used to select sports items suitable for type 2 diabetes patients(flat speed treads with adjustable speed and slope)And medium and small strength training equipment suitable for weight bearing). For the smooth progress of this study,40 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected for different exercise intervention programs to analyze the changes of glucose and lipid metabolism after exercise prescription intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to explore scientific, planned and regular different exercise programs. The impact of interventions in the treatment of diabetic patients is applicable to all patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion: For patients with type 2 diabetes, the exercise intervention program is the same level of calorie consumption, whether it is aerobic exercise program or a combination of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise or high-intensity interval training exercise program, will improve type 2 A series of body shape indicators and levels of blood sugar and blood lipids in diabetic patients, while improving cardiopulmonary capacity,a series of indicators of glycolipid metabolism improved, the best effect is the high-intensity intermittent exercise intervention program, followed by aerobic The combination of exercise and anaerobic exercise, there is no significant difference between the indicators of the aerobic exercise group before and after the eye,and there are some deviations from the mainstream conclusions of the current study, further experiments and arguments are needed. After the implementation of the eight-week three-sports training program, although the individual indicator data could not explain that the experimental intervention program had significant effects on some indicators of type 2 diabetes patients,it was still found in the horizontal comparison that the high-intensity intermittent exercise intervention method for blood glucose The improvement effect of blood lipids was slightly better than that of aerobic plus anaerobic exercise group and long-term aerobic training exercise group, and the high-intensity intermittent exercise group was very effective in improving cardiopulmonary ability, and the subjects' interest and attitude towards exercise mode were also Higher. In the course of this experiment, although the aerobic exercise training group did not improve the blood pressure and heart rate of patients with type 2 diabetes,it was better for improving the morphological indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes.
