Under the background of the 2022 Beijing Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics in China,the breakthrough of the winter project's competitive achievements has become the goal of China's competitive sports,especially for some emerging projects,the state has invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.Big air is a new member of the Winter Olympic family and has received a lot of attention.China's big air national team was established in 2017,as the new Olympic army,strive to achieve breakthroughs in the 2022 Winter Olympics.Scientific and effective training is the premise and basis for ensuring the improvement of competitive level.In the field of competitive training,the special quality is decisive for the improvement of sports performance,scientific and effective training method is beneficial for reducing injuries,innovating difficult actions,completing high-quality actions and improving sports performance.This paper studies the special quality training method of China's big air project,and proposes the corresponding training method for the special quality index,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the special quality training of the big air in China,and make it more systematic and scientific.This paper uses the literature review method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method,etc.to research the special quality training method of big air project,and draws the following conclusions: 1)Special physical quality refers to the qualities and abilities of athletes who can guarantee the completion of the technical actions,mainly including general physical quality,special physical quality and psychological quality.2)There are many special quality indicators for big air.The main indicators include:strength quality,speed quality,endurance quality,sensitive quality,coordinative quality,flexibility quality and psychological quality.Among them,strength,speed,coordination,flexibility and psychological quality are the main indicators.3)The strength quality has great influence on other quality indicators.It is the core indicator of special quality.Also,the core of the strength is extremely important to guarantee the athletes to complete the air actions and maintain the stability of the landing.4)Itis necessary to have special quality training according to different special quality indicators 5)Different training methods should be carried out according to different special quality indicators when carrying out the special quality training,in order to achieve the optimization of the training effect.
