Driven by the global information technology revolution,the Internet accelerates the flow of social information,stimulates the creative vitality of the whole society,promotes the rational and effective allocation of resources,and provides new development opportunities for social development.In his report on Government work in 2019,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the development of "Internet education" and the promotion of high-quality resource sharing.This points out the direction for the development of "Internet education",and also has guiding significance for the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school,which is conducive to changing the traditional teaching mode and realizing the optimization of the teaching mode of ideological and political course and the improvement of teaching efficiency in senior high school.In the newly revised ideological and political Curriculum Standard of Senior High School(2017 Edition),"discipline core literacy" is put forward for the first time,including political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of rule of law and literacy of public participation.As the foothold of the other three dimensions,public participation literacy is closely related to the actual life of students.The ideological and political course in senior high school must strengthen the cultivation of students' public participation literacy,enrich students' knowledge of public participation,improve students' ability of public participation,and help them to better participate in social public life.Based on the vision of Internet education and the ideological and political course of senior high school,this paper discusses the cultivation of students' public participation literacy.Through questionnaire survey and analysis,it is concluded that there are three main problems in the cultivation of public participation literacy of ideological and political students in senior high school at present:from the point of view of the objects of cultivation,students' awareness of actively understanding and participating in public life through the Internet is not strong.The literacy of public participation is not high;From the point of view of the cultivation subject,under the influence of the traditional teaching concept,teachers take the initiative to use the network technology,and their willingness to actively use the network resources is not strong,which leads to the students' public participation in the cultivation of literacy is not many methods,the effect is not good;From the point of view of cultivation facilities,the investment in network teaching is insufficient.In 2005,the network resources are not rich and the network facilities are not perfect.In order to improve the literacy of students' public participation,this paper mainly starts from the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school,emphasizes the scientific use of information technology,fully excavates the network resources,educates the students to participate in the network learning in an orderly manner,and guides the students to make scientific use of the network resources.From the lesson preparation link,the class link,the extracurricular homework arrangement and correction link,the extracurricular tutoring link,From the aspects of the evaluation of students' academic achievement,this paper puts forward the realization path of organically combining the cultivation of students' public participation literacy with the teaching of ideological and political course under the background of "Internet education".In order to make full use of the characteristics and advantages of "Internet education" and reflect its positive influence on the cultivation of students' public participation literacy in the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school,Taking the second box of"political Life","responsibility of the Government:responsible to the people" as an example,on the basis of the rational use of Internet information technology,this paper highlights the good two-way interaction between teachers and students in teaching and learning,and shows the main position of students in the classroom.Guide students to participate in classroom learning more orderly,improve students' public participation literacy,enhance students' public participation ability.
