Pro-social behavior refers to the behavior that an individual consciously helps others in the social interaction,and it is an evaluation index of individual socialization development.Female college students are in a complex social environment,such as family and school,then their self-centered consciousness is enlarged and their personality is relatively independent.Their pro-social behavior is limited by bad mentality,such as inferiority,jealousy,utilitarianism,vanity and fickleness,then the development of their social adaptability is affected.Cheerleading is spreading quickly in recent years in domestic because of its characteristic of enthusiasm,lively,and fitness model.It is deeply welcomed by female undergraduates.Based on the previous research results,this experiment attempts to explore the influence of different intensity cheerleading teaching on female college students' pro-social behavior,in order s to provide sports intervention items and optimal exercise intensity that can stimulate female college students' pro-social behavior.Taking teaching effect on female college students' pro-social behavior of different intensity of cheerleading as the research objective,using the literature material method,experimental method,psychological measurement and mathematical statistics,etc.,we conducted teaching experiment to 90 girls for 12 weeks of different intensity of cheerleading in their sophomore public sports the elective class in YangZhou University,we draw the following conclusions:(1)The teaching of cheerleading has a positive impact on improving the pro-social behavior level of female college students.The effect of high-intensity exercise on female college students' open and altruistic pro-social behavior was significant.Moderate intensity exercise had a significant effect on the total scores of open,altruistic,compliant,emotional,urgent and pro-social behaviors of female college students.The effect of low-intensity exercise on female college students' compliance and emotional pro-social behavior was significant.(2)Different intensity cheerleading teachings have different effects on the overall and various dimensions of female college students' pro-social behavior.For specific performance in the overall level:medium intensity is better than heavy intensity and light intensity;(3)Different intensity cheerleading teachings have different effects on the level of pro-social behavior of female college students.As in open dimensions,medium intensity is better than small intensity then better than heavy intensity;From the dimensions of compliance:medium intensity is better than heavy intensity;From urgent dimension:medium intensity is better than heavy intensity,and medium intensity is better than light intensity.(4)Medium intensity cheerleading teaching has the best effect on improving female college students' pro-social behavior.According to the conclusions the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Cheerleading was introduced into the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities to enrich the content of college physical education curriculum.Enhance the sports interest of female college students.Remove the label of"women's sports",and let more boys participate in the sports.(2)College physical education teaching can select appropriate exercise intensity according to the teaching objectives and teaching objects.Choosing a medium exercise intensity allows female college students to get better exercise effect and obtain greater psychological benefits,so as to promote their physical and mental development.(3)Under the guidance of the teaching concept of "health first",we should develop different sports to cultivate the students' pro-social behavior,add some pro-social and thought education contents in physical education curriculum and make full use of the role of sports to cultivate the students' pro-social action,stimulate the pro-social behavior of college students,promote the development of colleges and universities sports teaching.
