Innovation and entrepreneurship education plays an important role in the orientation of training applied technology talents in higher vocational colleges.However,the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is a mere formality,out of touch with professional education and practical education,students have a weak sense of innovation and entrepreneurship,and there are insufficient teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship education.To this end,after introducing the basic concepts and theoretical foundations,this article adheres to the problem-oriented approach,and conducts research around current situation investigation and analysis,existing problem sorting,and index system construction.In the current situation investigation and analysis,through the questionnaire survey method,the leaders in charge of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the faculty and staff of relevant departments of innovation and entrepreneurship education,frontline teachers and students of innovation and entrepreneurship education were randomly selected through questionnaire surveys,and the education investment,education process and education were investigated in depth.Results and other three aspects of the situation.Based on the results of the survey,statistics,and analysis,the problems in education investment,education process,and education results are sorted out.Guided by problems,the quality evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has been designed:First,the five major factors of total quality management theory.The "person" factor refers to the person who manufactures the product.In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the factors that affect the quality of "people" are specifically manifested in the structure of teachers and the ability of teachers.Second,the five major factors of total quality management theory.The "mechanical" factor refers to the equipment used to manufacture the product.In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the factors that affect its quality "opportunities" are specifically manifested in the curriculum system,practice platform,and institution building.Third,the five major factors of total quality management theory.The "material" factor refers to the raw materials used to manufacture the product.In the innovation and entrepreneurship education of vocational colleges,cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of vocational college students requires certain financial support and scientific training programs.For the innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational colleges,the factors that affect its quality "materials" are specifically manifested in the aspects of financial support and training programs.Fourth,the five major factors of total quality management theory,the "law" factor refers to the method used to manufacture the product.For the innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational colleges,the factors that affect its quality "law" are specifically manifested in the aspects of education methods,organization management,and system construction.Fifth,the five major factors of total quality management theory.The "circle" factor refers to the method used to manufacture the product.In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the factors that affect the quality of the "environment" are closely related to the school atmosphere,policy support,and corporate participation.Based on this,the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges was evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process,and an evaluation index system for the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges was constructed,and the weighting of indicators was set.And expandability.
