Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Vocational Colleges

With the development of China's market economy,society and enterprises have higher and higher requirements for talents.As the main position of training front-line workers,higher vocational colleges must reform the standards and methods of personnel training quality,improve the comprehensive quality of higher vocational graduates,so that they can better adapt to social needs,but also can play their potential to constantly improve themselves.The first choice to solve this problem is to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges and train graduates into innovative talents.Compared with traditional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education pays more attention to the cultivation of students' innovation consciousness,innovation thinking and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.It reflects the requirements of national economic development on the quality,knowledge and ability structure of talents.The starting point of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is to change the old concepts of school leaders,teachers and students,cultivate new educational concepts and learning concepts,design the curriculum system and supervision and evaluation system of Higher Vocational Colleges with scientific and innovative methods,so that innovation and entrepreneurship education can be carried out smoothly in higher vocational colleges and produce time effect.Based on this,this paper first describes the research status at home and abroad with the literature research method,analyzes the research purpose,significance and theoretical basis,and combs the connotation and theoretical basis of innovation and entrepreneurship education related concepts.Then,it uses case study method to carry out questionnaire survey and interview on the actual situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in two higher vocational colleges in Tai'an City,Shandong Province,aiming at the influence of curriculum system construction,faculty construction,campus cultural activities and the function of supervision and evaluation system on the problems and causes of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges A comprehensive and detailed analysis and research were carried out.Finally,taking the quality standard of innovative talents as the foothold,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions for the future development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Taian higher vocational collegesfrom four aspects: changing educational concepts,building a multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system,optimizing the team of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges,reforming and improving the quality monitoring and evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
